Moon Twenty

Brownfeather goes hunting alone and is found dead, attacked by some larger animal. The clan is stunned and all cats find their own ways to greive. Eggspot, Brownfeather's mother, is especially torn up, and spends most of the moon in her den. Hawkstar, a little nervous that Hawkclan's distance to Starclan would make it difficult for Brownfeather to reach them, but Pikeriver has a dream where she meets with Brownfeather, and the two she-cats explore the new Starclan hunting grounds. Brownfeather is lonely, but enjoys watching Hawkclan from above. She shows Pikeriver the Startree, a huge dead tree that turned white after being struck by lightning. Here the medicine cats can communicate with Starclan.

Brownfeather and Eggspot

Hawkstar announces a pregnancy, but refuses to name a father. She doesn't move to the nursery yet, but is going on less patrols.

Nightfern gets their warrior name, immediately comes down with a bad case of greencough the next day. Pikeriver is worried about them, but hope the young cat can recover quickly.

Moon Eighteen

A local group of cats calling themselves The Order of the Lake has extended their territory until it almost borders Hawkclan's. A dispute as broken out as Hawkclan wishes to also expand towards them. Border skirmishes are becoming more frequent.

Talonkit and Sharpkite

Talonkit is growing into a lively young kit, and has become interested in lore and stories. He spends lots of time in the elder's den, listening to Sharpkite, who recently retired as the first clan elder.

Lightsmoke oversleeps and Hawkstar gives them a small lecture. Hawkstar is a little worried for Lightsmoke, they seem to be slowing down with age.

Patrols

Buzzard and Pikeriver go on a short patrol collecting herbs, and find plenty of thyme. Buzzard asks questions about clan culture, and Pikeriver is impressed with their nose for herbs. Dovecurl and Goldsnap go hunting, and instead find a fox eating a rabbit. An attempt to drive off the fox is made, but Goldsnap is nervous, and the cats go back to camp empty pawed but uninjured.

Moon Ten

Pikeriver comes down with yellowcough, and Owlclaw steps forward to take care of them. Realizing that the clan only has one medicine cat, Hawkstar keeps close eye on the apprentices for signs of interest in herbs. However, he doesn't need to, as an old pale cat named Buzzard shows up in the territory, offering their healing skills in order for shelter and food. Hawkstar almost can't believe her luck, and Buzzard joins as a (very old) medicine cat apprentice.

Hawkstar is a brown tabby with blue and green eyes along with a long tail she tends to flick when thinking to herself. She holds herself to high standards, and has started to see the clan as a reflection of herself- It's hard not to do when it's practically named after you.

Lightsmoke, the deputy, is a large marbled white tom with pale blue eyes. He has long, soft fur that he spends a good amount of his day taking care of. If it wasn't for his intense loyalty to Starclan and Hawkclan, it have been a bit annoying, but instead he contuined to prove his worth on the journey, securing his spot as deputy of Hawkclan.

Pikeriver is a speckled she-cat who was a medicine cat in Riverclan before receiving the hawk omens. A tad unexperienced, she relies on her steady link with Starclan to learn new healing.

yay! Welcome to Hawkclan! I've been wanting to upload a clangen story for a while but didn't know where until I started using tumblr. I doubt anyone will follow Hawkclan very closely, but thank you if you are checking us out! This is mostly just a fun project for me to easily track my progress :3
