Sparrowpaw and Goldpaw

Goldpaw and Sparrowpaw are finally apprentices. They were found during the journey, but raised as true and loyal clan cats. Goldpaw is apprenticed to Flightstorm. They're very young to have an apprentice, but the clan is low on cats, and after Sharpkite's.. incident, they wont be mentoring anyone for a minute. Lightsmoke asks to mentor Sparrowpaw, and the clan cheers for the two apprentices loudly.

The sunrise before their ceremony, Sharpkite, alone on the territory, was attacked and almost dragged away by a giant eagle. Suffering a broken bone, Pikeriver and Hawkstar worry they've angered Starclan if the birds that are supposed to be protecting them are doing such harm.

Moon One

The camp is finally feeling like a home, and Hawkstar decides to boost the clan moral by promoting their first apprentice- Flightpaw.

Flightpaw, originally from Thunderclan, ended up being mostly mentored by Sharpkite over the span of the journey. At first, Flightpaw was flighty and anxious, but coaxing by their new mentor and Hawkstar led them to trying to learn new hunting techniques. Flightpaw excelled in training, and by the time the clan reached their new territory, was an experienced young cat.

Flightpaw is named Flightstorm, and she thanks her new clan by catching a fat rabbit after her ceremony- Sharpkite gets the first bite.

Flightstorm and Sharpkite

Patrolling Hawkstar takes her apprentice, Owlpaw out to train, but instead Owlpaw deserves a day off and offers to sunbathe and chat, but Owlpaw is too stiff and formal for it to be quality bonding time, and Hawkstar awkwardly excuses them.

Lightsmoke and Flightstorm go hunting together, and Flightstorm has to stop themself from laughing when Lightsmoke misses an old, slow mouse.

Moon Eighteen

A local group of cats calling themselves The Order of the Lake has extended their territory until it almost borders Hawkclan's. A dispute as broken out as Hawkclan wishes to also expand towards them. Border skirmishes are becoming more frequent.

Talonkit and Sharpkite

Talonkit is growing into a lively young kit, and has become interested in lore and stories. He spends lots of time in the elder's den, listening to Sharpkite, who recently retired as the first clan elder.

Lightsmoke oversleeps and Hawkstar gives them a small lecture. Hawkstar is a little worried for Lightsmoke, they seem to be slowing down with age.

Patrols

Buzzard and Pikeriver go on a short patrol collecting herbs, and find plenty of thyme. Buzzard asks questions about clan culture, and Pikeriver is impressed with their nose for herbs. Dovecurl and Goldsnap go hunting, and instead find a fox eating a rabbit. An attempt to drive off the fox is made, but Goldsnap is nervous, and the cats go back to camp empty pawed but uninjured.
