Holy shit, the Lego movie anniversary was the 7th?!??! I completely forgot it!!! 😭

I wanted to draw something for the occasion because it's one of my favourite movies ever but I don't have time anymore so I'll finish it later, but here's a drawing of Planty because I couldn't resist.

finn and bianca 1 (free story ideas, credit if you’re going to make one out of these)

finn impersonates bianca - lucy in her true pop band colors, sudden optimistic attitude bursting so much she’s acting a lot like tlm emmet and it drives her wild(style;)). hanging out with sweet mayhem is a good idea to keep herself calm

finn and bianca watch TV - emmet watching the older movies mature kids get to watch w/ planty but then balthazar introduced him to vampire movies and kpop videos aaanddd the reaction is up to you

finn and bianca help each other cope to prevent thinking about their long war backstory - unikitty challenges queen watevra and batman to a obb-couple contest who can be the most happiest by rounds of happy fun and games, an attempt to turn thoughts around and make them think more positive, less trauma (now that i think of it, finn using unikitty as a coping tool even from tlm1 makes him look like he had some tough family times aside from The Man Upstairs)

bianca watched little mermaid - metalbeard takes benny and sweet mayhem on a cruise then drops them at home, proud for benny to have another space friend next to him. benny may be allowed to tell your interpretation of his backstory to mayhem and mayhem will feel the same way only backed out in the past for being bad at speech

im putting it here instead of my tlm blog due to “matching someone else’s songs to someone else’s character(s)” being a big deal. I have way too many assumptions what people would think. One that I would place is, “You ruined my favorite song!”, all because I matched it to a fandom that’s going to get big one day.

I am well aware of how many times I use bold, italics, or even this helpful tool that masks my unfunny humor

extremely heavy tlm2 spoilers and lyrics from the songs will be placed as hints. I love dialogue, that I was able to memorize a lot of them while typing this whole list. I imagined many possibilities, waiting for them to become a reality.

The Living Tomstone & Salvonic - Epoch

First verse: Rex tells Emmet about his terrible backstory. Second verse: Rex reveals his true intentions. Believe, Believe, Believe... : Rex realizes how happy he was back at the past (TLM flashbacks) when Emmet hugged Lucy. Ending: Rex does his last words, even if the line says “I know we can make it better” all the way until the song ends.

Glass Animals - The Other Side of Paradise  I made a parody of this and emmet is singing it, I changed half of the lyrics too, the title is “Bye Bye Lucy Blue” and i love the refrain lyrics I did sm afiwjogjojl

First verse: Emmet tells us how Lucy used to be a tough and gritty rebel. Lucy got captured and Emmet saw six sewer babies on the ground, not far toward Systar System. After a few seconds as the next lines come up, Emmet met Rex and even described how adventurous and cool he is. He tells us what Rex told him and what he should do.  Refrain: BYEBYELUCYBLUE... *skips second line cause it remains unchanged* CAUGHT UP TO BE TOUGH IT UPSETS YOU- ahem. Emmet confesses to Lucy what he has gone through and even explained how tough he got, such as when they were “curled up in a hug” when they were sticking together and “claw hands in a fist like you might run” when Lucy saw Emmet punch the cake. im so sorryhhh Second verse: Emmet tells us that nobody in Bricksburg used to be tough and gritty rebels. He wants to be with Lucy again and have fun with his friends and family. He misses Rex too but admits he went “wild cold crazy”. He looks up to Finn and tells us he’s “chasing that future teen dream.” That long instrumental: A recap of Rex toughening Emmet + the twist as he sends him to the Dry-ar. Bridge: Myhairislookingwrong,myfaceislookingwrong,myvest/body’slookingwrong Emmet tells Rex that he knows that he is his five-year-difference self from the future. He tells both Rex how everything’s not awesome that his “speech came and shook him down”. He thinks Lucy is gone (but she’s just at space coming to rescue him). Rex kicks Emmet and Emmet “maybe not” knows if that actually happened to him. He starts to “feel so very numb”. His pants don’t change, however, his other pieces are looking wrong. Refrain: Lucy then comes in and rescues Emmet. Rex saw Lucy hugging Emmet and realized Emmet won’t turn out to be him because Lucy came back.  Ending: Death scene then happens as Lucy throws out the Heart Attack and Rexturnsintokaifromninjagobeforehedies

Emmet sings the repetitive line all the way, but Rex talks like a sinister when the tone gets low.

The line that gets repeated but abruptly cut off: “I became tough and gritty plus i’m master breaker”
