You and {0} exchange a nervous glance as you head to the firepit, the uncertainty of the dumping hanging in the air.

{0} pouts as you and {1} make your way to the firepit.

Uma shoots you a curious glance as you take a seat next to {0}.

Suddenly, a text echoes around the firepit.

{0} scans the text and her jaw drops.

BONNIE_SURPRISED: What’s it say?

{0} reads out the text.

{0}_SURPRISED: Shut up.

UMA_SURPRISED: No way!

PLAYER_EMBARRASSED: A couple’s about to go home!

{0}_SAD: This just got real.

{0} looks deep into your eyes as everyone looks to their partners nervously as it sinks in.

{0}_SAD: This is heavy.

Another text pings.

PLAYER_SURPRISED: That’s me!

LITEXT: The couple with the fewest votes and therefore dumped from the island are…

You all look around at each other, the tension is unbearable.

LITEXT: Joyo and Summer.

The group is stunned into silence as Summer and Joyo turn to face each other.

SUMMER_SURPRISED: What!

JOYO_SURPRISED: You’ve got to be kidding!

SUMMER_SAD: Aww. I don’t wanna go. This isn’t fair.

JOYO_SAD: Give me a hug, Summer.

The two embrace in a tight hug as the rest of the Islanders gather round.

{0}_HAPPY: We are indeed.

You notice {0} glancing at you, he looks away quickly.

UMA_SAD: We’ll miss you both so much.

{0}_IDLE: Take care everyone.

{0}_HAPPY: We’ll wave from the plane.

You all wave to {0} and {1} as they walk down the driveway and disappear into the night.

UMA_IDLE: Shall we have a little group chill by the pool?

BONNIE_SAD: Yeah, I’m sad. Missing them already.

VICKY_IDLE: Tell me about it.

EVAN_IDLE: You all go sit down. I'll get some snacks for us all.

UMA_HAPPY: At least we have Evan here to give us comfort food.

EVAN_HAPPY: Happy to help.

You all head off to the pool, a sombre air amongst you all.

As you all take a seat on the beanbags, Evan passes around some pitta bread with hummus and various other snacks.

EVAN_IDLE: {0} and {1} getting dumped would not have been my first guess.

{0}_SURPRISED: I know, they seemed fairly strong from what I could see.

{0}_SURPRISED: Obviously, they’d had their obstacles, but there were still sparks between them.

UMA_HAPPY: Summer could have chemistry with a plank of wood to be fair.

BONNIE_HAPPY: She was so lively and fun.

UMA_HAPPY: Do you Casa girls remember what she said when we were getting ready for Truth or Dare?

PLAYER_HAPPY: What was it?

UMA_HAPPY: She was just saying how she wasn’t gonna waste her time with boring dares...

The group chuckles as they reminisce over Summer.

{0}_HAPPY: Well, if I know Daphne, they’ll continue what they have back home.

{0}_HAPPY: She’s a lover and a fighter. Getting dumped won’t stop her.

UMA_HAPPY: She was a proper good egg.

{0}_HAPPY: They both were.

EVAN_IDLE: Raf was such a sweet guy. Made me feel so welcome after Stick or Twist.

ALEX_IDLE: He was like that with everyone. Heart of gold.

UMA_SAD: Bet you’ll miss him, Alex. You two were really close.

ALEX_SAD: Yeah, having him around made me miss home less, he was like my little bro.

ALEX_IDLE: I used to iron his shirts for him before the big recouplings.

ALEX_SAD: While I was doing it we’d chat about life and the villa and stuff.

You laugh along with the others.

ALEX_HAPPY: Ha. Ha. Very funny.

BRYSON_HAPPY: You know the first thing he said to me when he got dumped?

PLAYER_HAPPY: Aww, did he?

BRYSON_HAPPY: Yeah, I would offer it to one of you girls but it was his last wish.

BONNIE_HAPPY: If he offered it to you, we should honour it.

BRYSON_HAPPY: I do have more clothes than most of you girls to be fair.

EVAN_IDLE: Joyo was such a dude. Missing him already.

BRYSON_HAPPY: I’m gonna miss him and his little toothbrush case.

All the boys start laughing.

PLAYER_SURPRISED: What’s his toothbrush case?

UMA_SURPRISED: Is this an inside joke we don’t know about, boys?

When the boys finally stop laughing Bryson lets up.

BRYSON_HAPPY: Well, I guess it doesn’t matter now he’s gone.

BRYSON_HAPPY: He had one of them proper expensive ultrasonic toothbrushes.

RAFAEL_HAPPY: But it was in this personalised steel case with a black handle.

BRYSON_HAPPY: On the first day he whipped it out thinking it was super cool.

BRYSON_HAPPY: We were all rolling around because it looked like some kind of secret agent gadget box.

BRYSON_HAPPY: But it was literally just a toothbrush.

ALEX_HAPPY: He got a bit embarrassed and made us promise not to tell you girls about it.

ALEX_HAPPY: He was a good laugh.

{0}_IDLE: Two boys gone, I can’t believe it.

UMA_SAD: I know. I’m gonna really miss Evan. He was so kind.

UMA_IDLE: He used to make me peanut butter toast when I was stressed.

ALEX_HAPPY: I’ll make you peanut butter toast when you’re stressed.

UMA_HAPPY: It was different from Evan though. Made with love.

UMA_HAPPY: Not trying to be weird or anything but he was a proper dad of the group.

UMA_HAPPY: In a good way. Like really caring and supportive.

{0}_IDLE: Yeah, I think that’s kind of why we drifted apart.

{0}_IDLE: I felt like he was more of a bestie than a partner.

UMA_SAD: And don’t even get me started on {0}.

BONNIE_SAD: Aww, don’t. He was such a good laugh.

BONNIE_IDLE: Dunno what we’ll do without him.

{0}_IDLE: One of the OG boys, too.

{0}_IDLE: Yeah, we’ll all miss him boys. Won’t we?

The boys nod along.

{0}_IDLE: You gonna miss them, {1}?

I had great memories with them

PLAYER_IDLE: I had such great memories of both of them.

UMA_SAD: I know. What will we do without them?

PLAYER_SERIOUS: I get that everyone’s a bit sad, but I’m over this already.

{0}_SURPRISED: Really {1}? Bit cold.

PLAYER_HAPPY: We’re on Love Island. Some people have been dumped.

PLAYER_HAPPY: Let’s move on and have some fun.

{0} shakes her head.

{0}_HAPPY: Nah, {1} has a point.

{0}_SERIOUS: Bit cold, {1}.

{0}_IDLE: Well, I don’t know about you all, but this has been a long day.

UMA_HAPPY: Yeah, a good night’s sleep sounds perfect right now.

As you all begin filing into the villa to get ready for bed, you notice {0} whispering to {1} in the garden.

{0} covers her mouth as she speaks, keeping what’s being said completely secret.

As you get into bed, {0} is nowhere to be seen.

{0}_FLIRTY: Are you sleeping alone tonight, {1}?

BONNIE_SURPRISED: Oh yeah, where is {0}?

PLAYER_IDLE: I’m not sure.

As you get into bed, you notice {0} is nowhere to be seen.

PLAYER_IDLE: Where’s {0}?

{0} looks around the room innocently.

{0}_FLIRTY: I don’t know.

UMA_IDLE: I don’t remember seeing her in the bathroom.

{0}_IDLE: I don’t remember seeing him in the bathroom.

Suddenly, {0} appears by the door, wrapped in a spare duvet.

PLAYER_SURPRISED: Speak of the devil.

{0} is subdued and quiet as she makes her way over to your bed.

{0}_EMBARRASSED: {1}... I think I’m gonna sleep on the daybeds tonight. On my own.

{0}_EMBARRASSED: If that’s alright?

PLAYER_IDLE: That’s fine by me, no worries.

{0}_IDLE: I appreciate it.

{0}_EMBARRASSED: I just need some time alone to think about everything.

{0} gives you a feigned smile before heading for the door.

You notice {0} eyeing you from her bed.

NARRATOR: Uhh ohhh, {0} sleeping on the day beds. Looks like {1} has put a spanner in the works!
