Process Book 7

This week we completed our business canvas model, and created UI mockups for key screens and a storyboard.

Our team spent some time as a group brainstorming and mapping out the projects before dividing and conquering. We all then spent time reviewing each other’s work and providing feedback before packaging the final assignments. 

Some interesting points were raised while going through the Business Model Canvas exercise - you can see below, but it helped us flesh out some of the revenue drivers and potential costs. 

Working through the user story also helped us create a journey for one of our travelers. This process helped all of us visualize what the actual interactions of the app would be and at times helped us cut features that we realized were a little unnecessary.
