I am tasked to start compiling a shortlist of specific melodies/tunes that can be useful as a library to be applied to the 8-week program that I have worked on previously (week 4). Based on the steps involved in my 8-week program, I have to determine what are the preliminary melodies/turns which would be useful for enhanced application of the 8-week program. I derived the melodies from nursery rhymes and used excerpts and short phrases. In addition, I composed short phrases based on what I think can be useful for kids to learn as stepping stones throughout using Musescore. The idea here is to make the learning fun for the children yet substantial. Instead of simply telling them to learn Do Re Mi, or play mundane exercises up and down the scale, better to let them exercise/practice their technique via familiar/pleasing tunes that can ignite/inspire their senses.
I labelled the steps in accordance to my 8-week program. Step 4 is teaching the Musical Alphabet. I do that by introducing the notes incrementally and provided many examples to teach the notes in a different way each time (ascending/descending/different rhythms).
I had a specific plan in mind on how to approach teaching musical alphabet. This is building upon my 8-week outline. First, I want to start off with teaching notes CDE, followed by C5 finger scale, teaching FGAB, then introducing skips, going further then C5 finger scale notes such as treble A and B and high C. Finally, scales is the last step.

Google Fit’s strengths lie in its simplicity. Essentially, it’s the app version of a basic activity tracker — it keeps track of your simplest health metrics and not much more.  The main aspect missing from Google Fit is any kind of social platform. Other popular fitness apps, like Fitbit or Strava, put an emphasis on community. Being able to reach out to a community of like-minded people to help you along your fitness journey can be extremely helpful in certain situations. Fitbit’s app, for instance, let’s you join health and fitness groups, post status updates and photos, comment on posts, and ask for advice if you need it. Strava focuses more on activity progression and staying up to date on how your friends are performing. None of that is available in Google Fit.  The app also lacks any training programs. This is certainly an advanced feature that not all fitness apps have, but it’s worth bringing up.  Google Fit also doesn’t display progress over time for certain activities. You can’t click on a running activity and see how you’ve progressed over the previous weeks or months. You can do this with weight, heart rate, Move Minutes, and Heart Points, but not with exercises.  There’s also no food or water logging in Google Fit, though you can keep track of your weight.  Some of these things would be excusable if there was a Google Fit website that gave users more options and features (some apps push the more advanced features to the web to keep the mobile apps cleaner). Unfortunately, Google shuttered the Google Fit web interface in February 2019, so the app is all you get. Overall, Google Fit is a solid start to what could one day be a powerful fitness application. For right now, it’s simple, clean, and it’s compatible with a ton of other fitness and health apps. Also, Move Minutes and Heart Points are genuinely useful metrics that will no doubt help people get and stay healthy. Job Title: Sr Business System Analyst Location: US - Sunnyvale,CA Duration: 6+ Months Job Description This role will be responsible for managing projects Data Warehousing and Data Integration as well as Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting project initiatives. Candidate must have ability to develop relationships with stakeholders, solicit, define, and document project requirements, and fluidly working with IT technical contributors. This role demands a detail-oriented PM who has proven experience working on projects involving Field based Sales Teams (CRM) + Sales Reporting business acumen (Analytics) -- with excellent track record of managing multiple project teams spread across multiple time zones. Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities: • Oversight and management of pharmaceutical/biotech projects for the following platforms: Data Warehousing, Data Integration (Informatica), Analytics/Dashboard/Tableau Reporting. • Directly manage larger efforts while performing project administration and tracking for smaller efforts. • Pro-actively lead requirement gathering efforts and coordinate with business SMEs, IT architect, IT business analysts, developers to ensure Business Analysts can transform information into Functional and Technical requirements specifications. • Coordinate with Vendor and in-house Programmer/Administrator for system/s updates, enhancements, and associated new tool/systems. • Author project documentation including Project Charters, Budget Tracker, Schedule, Status Dashboard, Timeline visuals using MS Office. • Coordinate training for Business end users • Manage Vendor relationships and lead calls with vendors • Ensure solutions comply with FDA regulations throughout the solution lifecycle, working tightly with internal PCYC IT SMEs, Stakeholders & other management to verify. • Assist in the creation of training materials & programs. • Escalate issues to Sr. Management, and to vendor support as needed with discretion. Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements: • 5+ years of Project Management experience in implementing system functionality and integrations in support of Bio-Pharma business operations for Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance. • Previous experience in implementations related to data modeling, and data integration, reporting, analytics a must. • Systems Experience (Tableau BI/Analytics, Data Warehousing, Informatica, Sunshine Act/Agg Spend) or relevant system. • Must be able to provide oversight and help define the roadmap of program to provide solutions that empower stakeholder groups to solve their data driven analytics and reporting needs. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with different levels of management with poise, efficiency, authority. • Project management experience in the Bio-Pharma industry is required. • Skills: Project Management (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall), SDLC, Business Analysis, Vendor Management, User Adoption, and System Training • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint. • BA or BS degree required, MIS, Computer Science or related. • PMP certification is preferred.
