i’m so happy u never turned back from writing wanda fics ;))

first of all ughhh wanda and y/n r just so cute, in their little home they share T^T .i’m sure whatever natasha has to say will give them a reality check of sorts.

i also really liked wanda and R.E.M. Losing my religion is one of my favourite songs. If you could pick a song to describe part 3 what would that be?! (in fact all parts if u wish to share :p)

the comment y/n says about red heads lmao, wanda’s reaction is very endearing. it reminds me of that tiktok sound “you’re the most jealous woman i know” :0 “you know other women?” the funny thing is this could be applied both ways honestly. they are both just as possessive as the other.

real world y/n meeting the twins my god, meaning she’ll also meet herself? will wanda immediately sense her? both y/ns will have a diva off. funny but also frightening. the hex ver is herself 5 years ago, the y/n before losing the love of her life oh my.

hello! sorry it took me some time to reply... where i live, we observe the holy week and i spent time bonding with family :) hope you're having a great week, too.

im a big fan of 80s and 90s music. i debated whether it should've been ordinary world by duran duran but i really love losing my religion and could actually imaging lizzie herself singing it lol

hmm honestly, that's a tough question. how about i just admit that the title of the fic is based from Andrew Bell's song Pieces? :D Which actually inspired the fic itself

gosh, i have to see that tiktok vid (and should probably see more of tiktok so i can catch up with all the memes :P) and yes, they really are crazy possessive of each other.

it's going to be a crazy reunion, and admittedly, it's been a challenge getting part 3 off the ground for it. too much happened in the last episode of wandavision and I don't want to bring in white vision at all. the focus is on the situation of real yn and westview yn meeting and wanda discovering the truth. so yeah, the focus will be on that :)

vi robert longo em new order e descobri que era ele mesmo

aconteceu que, hoje, sem rumo pelo instagram, cheguei ao clipe de new order pra 'bizarre love triangle' justo na cena de corpos caindo céu, afinal every time i see you falling, e meu cérebro acordou: MEN IN THE CITIES! eu adoro 'men in the cities', de robert longo, e nunca tinha associado. mas, finalmente, bateu. não sou de pesquisar as coisas, mas fui lá atrás da confirmação e confirmei o que talvez todo mundo sabia.

caso você não saiba, 'men in the cities" é uma série de desenhos do artista robert longo, criada entre os anos de 1977 e 1983. que captura pessoas em poses dinâmicas vestidas com roupas de negócios. parece que a inspiração veio dele vendo seus amigos dançando a música "gloria" de patti smith. ele fotografou a galera e depois desenhou com carvão e grafite.

é legal também ver umas fotos do ensaio fotográfico que serviu de base. tem tudo no google, gente. :)

no site dele - www.robertlongo.com - tem muitas, não sei se todas, das criações da séries. inclusive, vi lá que também é dele o clipe pra uma música do r.e.m, 'the one i love'. outra referência pop dessa série é o quadrão que aparece no filme 'psicopata americano'.

I am going thru so fucking much recently. I think it triggered something in me because I finished this drawing in 5 hours, which is not normal at all. Felt like I was driving a race car when drawing. It feels so surreal. Every stroke is exactly what I want.

Holly Vincent no ha sacado demasiados discos, unos siete, pero tiene alguno muy interesante, brillante. Empiezo con la carga pesada, las "Demos Federico", un CD doble de maquetas adjudicado a Holly & The Italians muy raro de ver y muy caro. Que más quisiera tenerlo. Escuchando las 9 o 10 canciones que hay en el tubo, me he dado cuenta de que lo suyo es algo serio, importante. Y que debería ser más conocida de lo que es, veo que se habla poco de ella y no vamos a estar todo el tiempo con Siouxsie y Chrissie Hynde, que no les hace ninguna falta.

Dentro de las "maquetas Federico" (Wounded Bird Records, 2003), 29 canciones en total, hay sesiones en los míticos Gold Star Studios de Los Angeles, en Inglaterra, Nueva York, etc... que van desde 1979 hasta 1998. El primer CD es 80s, el segundo 90s.

Las neoyorquinas de 1988 me han parecido brutales. Cosas como "Mercy" y "Hey Christine", con Lee Fox tocando el bajo, Drew Vogelman la batería, Holly Vincent cantando y tocando guitarra eléctrica, e importante, Jane Scarpantoni (Lou Reed, Springsteen, R.E.M. y un largo etc) tocando el violonchelo. Son muy buenas canciones de sonido crudo, distinto, especial. Además, así, en este estado de demo, tienen una fuerza y autenticidad que seguramente hubieran perdido en una grabación profesional al uso.
