For last year ‘Zilantkon’ I intended to take part in art competition for mascot drawing, but failed the deadline. This year, after the event is over, I think it’s time to finally upload it here at least. Great serpent Zilant is a mythical creature and a symbol of my city.

Once I made a classical black & white yonkoma (4-frames stripe), but decided to remake it in colour for one challenge. Failed the deadline for some hour or so and never shoved it to anyone.

Unmoving fuurin I made this in 2016 for a challenge of drawing an artwork for haiku of Onitsura Uejima. 

骸骨のうへを粧ひて花見かな gaikotsu no ue o yosoite hanami kana English: Skeletons all prettily made up - cherry blossom viewing Translation is not exactly same in English and Russian, but I went with the Russian one, which is more like "People draped their skeletons in silk. Watching the flowers." And here's small verse from me An unmoving furin won't sing, Night's catwalking in soundless stride. And light fingers caressingly bring Touch to chest that is not moving now.

The Shaman is not mute, but his voice belongs to stars only. The Shaman is not blind, but what he sees is way beyond the world of mortals. The Shaman hails for the birth and death of Stars and can find anything that has ever been within their light. The Shaman is not deaf to the prayers of the world, but he's the one to decide whether to answer them or not.
