Since my confession still hasnt been answered so ill say it here.

Toilet is made by Cobs. He was made as a change in strategy to get information about Mephone4 as trying to kill him had failed alot. Toilet was programed to like Mephone4 and follow Mephone4's orders despite what Mephone4 does. Maybe thats why Toilet kinda accepted Mephone4's pathetic apology.

But toilet didnt what he was supposed to do. he COULDNT ditch Mephone4 and Mepad. and look what mephone4 did about it-

And maybe thats the reason why toilet managed to surive the crash from the sky and maybe thats why he can fly!! Normal object cant do that i think-

I hope im wrong as i want toilet to have a family and life- but it seems unlikely now
