i'm so god damn tired of the jane the virgin fandom hating jane depending on what man she is with. i am tired of that being all this show means to so many of y'all. this show is a disaster. if you knew anything about anything when it comes to telenovelas you should have known that from day One. but y'all complain like this is fucking some serious show. it's NOT. it will be a mess until the end. and the shit y'all choose to hate jane for is SO STUPID. i see fellow jafael shippers being mad that jane loves rafael and their family with mateo. HOW is that bad?? we KNOW that alone wouldn't be enough for her to pick rafael because it didn't go that way once. but now her love for rafael is tied to her love for their family and that is OKAY. i really can't understand how this bothers y'all. she says she loves rafael AND their family. she kept calling raf bc she missed the sound of his voice, she didn't want michael to remember because she wants to spend her life with rafael. just watch when she and raf get back together team michael people will hate on her too 😷

and then i see people hating alba and xo for supporting jane too much... what the hell....WHAT the hell. obviously their main priority is jane and her happiness, who ever that is. . that is what being a latina mom IS.

what makes me so happy about this show is the family/maternal aspect. how jane speaks to alba in english and alba replies in spanish, how it's okay for her to live at home til she is ready to leave. that makes me feel so represented and normal and it's clearly not the same for a lot of people watching. which is sad. jane doesn't deserve the shit the fandom spews at her and the fandom doesn't deserve jane.

OOC! Worst things I've done to them:

Esperanza: Sent her to hell for 10,000ish years to be entertainment for demons. It messed up her perception of time because she thought it was only 2 or so years. When she came back, it turned out she was only gone for an hour.

Siri: Gave her reality-bending abilities at the cost of her health. Physically, she's weak af.

Rafael: Has the ability to change the state of objects and living things. For example, he can restore an abandoned building with a touch or he can cure a terminally ill person. BUT, I gave him a terrible immune system and the inability to use his powers on himself.

NATE: Hella blood thirsty; unfortunately, while very violent, he can't kill directly using his powers. (Nate has the ability to teleport whatever he's touched, but they have to combust before getting sent anywhere. He usually sends people to space instead.)

percy: She can make inanimate objects sapient and take it away, but during it, they are completely under her control. Her issue? She abuses this WAY too often and can't get most things done by herself.

Natalya: Made her a genetically engineered child soldier with the sole purpose of killing metahumans. She didn't even have a name; Anza gave her the name.
