When a client approached us with a prototype air quality monitoring system, they were looking for more than just technical feedback—they needed a solution they could trust in a demanding production environment. 
The client’s prototype had several issues: sensor readings were inconsistent, battery life was short, and the system wasn’t built for industrial use. It needed to be more accurate, reliable, and energy-efficient. We transformed their early concept into a practical, high-performing solution.
Issue Identification
The client’s goal was to create a smart, durable air quality monitoring system built for the demands of tablet manufacturing. The solution needed to be
