Introduction
Air quality control is one of the most important roles in tablet manufacturing. Even small changes in humidity or airborne particles can affect product quality and cause serious compliance issues. When a client approached us with a prototype air quality monitoring system, they were looking for more than just technical feedback—they needed a solution they could trust in a demanding production environment. 
The client’s prototype had several issues: sensor readings were inconsistent, battery life was short, and the system wasn’t built for industrial use. It needed to be more accurate, reliable, and energy-efficient. We transformed their early concept into a practical, high-performing solution.
Issue Identification
The client’s goal was to create a smart, durable air quality monitoring system built for the demands of tablet manufacturing. The solution needed to be

Unreliable sensor accuracy, resulting in inconsistent air quality readings
