I feel like Little Shop of Horrors borrows a lot from Black Culture but I can't find any good essays on it

(In my mind it's mainly the black girl trio and the fact that Audrey II sings in a style typically associated with black people)

Though I'm non-black so I feel like this isn't really my place to talk.

#I would love to see a production with an entirely black cast though. (Except for a few characters like the contract ones and the dentist)#because i feel like the story would hit so much harder if Seymour and Aurdey were black. Step 1: Combine the oil with one of your favourite colour natural pigments from plants. Add them a little at a time. While pigments do not absorb the oil the same way, the mixture should generally have a dough consistency. Step 2: Mix them until they can be poured. Step 3: Add a citrus thinner until the mixture has achieved a paint-like consistency. You can finish it with a strainer should there be lumps in it.

He takes pride in doing this, and will use these for special occasions. He uses whatever flowers his admirers had sent him. Or depending on how Alkas obtains these.
