The company is also in the process of renegotiating contracts with clients, which is affecting the speed of volume growth.

Looking ahead, Delhivery’s primary focus remains on its part-truck load (PTL) business. Barua acknowledged the recent trend of startup IPOs being priced more moderately compared to the high valuations seen in 2021. He views the availability of public markets for startups as a positive development, crucial for fostering innovative enterprises, despite occasional setbacks. Holiday Season Outlook:
Barua does not expect a dramatic breakthrough in e-commerce growth for the holiday season. While a 23-24% growth rate is unlikely, he anticipates a more modest increase of 15-18%.
