as the title suggests, it's kinda scary to think that anyone with some sort of fame either passes away or gets killed on June each year. I mean, bro, the world could never be this cruel to take away young legends who either wanted help or wanted to help their audience and support them. It's bullshit.
Today is a bit of a sad thing for me but last weekend was the birthday of the greatest dude ever Etika. May he rest in peace and eternal power, joycon boyz forever.
Like before, all the rips were placed under a fake game, SiIvaGunner: King for Another Day Tournament in this case. New to this tournament were "dual arrangements", rips featuring two fighters' sources in a unique mashup arrangement, allowing for more unique rips. The rips for this event were much in the same style as the original King for a Day Tournament, with completely original arrangements of music representing each character and their source list. Reason for tagging: all mojo stuff + unrestrained hypercam + credits should go hereĪs stated earlier, during the tourney the King for Another Day Tournament MOJO!! Would post interviews, mainly conducted by Meowth and Unregistered HyperCam 2 to get to know the contestants, and flesh out their world more. See also: List of minor characters from the King for Another Day Tournament Similar to the first tournament, half of the newcomers are fan-submitted characters. In addition, 19 new fighters enter the tournament, complete with Smash Bros.-esque reveal trailers, some of which are hidden within rips. 13 contestants return from the previous tournament Unregistered HyperCam 2 (the winner) and Etika are not competing, while the Dancing Alien Team was split up and paired with other veterans. The tournament has a 32-member roster, mixing veterans from the previous tournament with a slew of new contenders. Whether this will be a fusion collab, an album, a big video, or something else fitting for them remains to be seen. Near the end of the tournament, the runner-up's prize was expanded all four finalists will receive a collaborative project. The video " SiIvaGunner: King for Another Day Tournament Overview: CHOOSE YOUR CHARACTER!" revealed most other relevant information. In addition to the winner receiving their own event day, the runner-up would receive a fusion collab. However, this tournament would also have a losers' bracket. As with the previous tournament, the winner of each match-up would be decided by popular vote.Meowth would be interviewing characters on the MOJO!! during the competition. The King for Another Day Tournament MOJO!! website would be used to share news, fighter information, music, and other relevant details.Thanos would not snap anyone out of existence during the tournament. The event began on November 23, 2019.īefore the start of the tournament, only a limited amount of information was confirmed by the SiIvaGunner team (aside from confirmed characters): It was originally slated to take place in mid-July or August 2019 but was later delayed. After the channel returned from termination, the rip " Reveal Trailer - SiIvaGunner: King for Another Day Tournament" was released, showing what was revealed at MAGFest.Īnnouncements related to the event were then sprinkled throughout the year. It was then properly revealed a few weeks later during the SiIvaGunner team's MAGFest 2019 panel. The event was first hinted at in this Tweet from Grinch Takeover. 6.7 Winners' bracket Round 4/Losers' bracket Round 5 (Dec 9, 2019-Dec 11, 2019).6.4 Winners' bracket Round 3/Losers' bracket Round 2 (Dec 1, 2019-Dec 4, 2019).6.3 Winners' bracket Round 2/Losers' bracket Round 1 (Nov 26, 2019-Dec 1, 2019).
I've been watching your content since 2014 man. All the laughs and smiles you gave me and many others are something that won't be forgotten. You left something so genuine behind, and I can only hope you rest easy now. Thank you for everything.
It’s a dark day for the Youtube community. Desmond ‘Etika’ Amofah has died by suicide. The way it turned out was not something I hoped for, not something I’ll say was worth knowing the dozens of clowns joking about his absence are looking pretty fucking stupid right now.
What personally made this hurt the most is that this ain’t the first time something like has happened because like Robin WIlliams, the most spirited of people can have their low points, to suffer in silence, and we all just won’t know or care about it until it’s too late. I wasn’t a huge fan, but from what I saw of him, he was a guy I could respect at least, admire at most for how he was always interactive with the community.
I don’t think it’s off handed to say mental health is not something to joke about, suicide especially. As such, I hope this, like many others before, shows that it shouldn’t ever be taken lightly. And it’s at least a calming sight to see so many pay respects to him online, let’s me know that he was truly an inspiring man to many of Youtube and in general.
