Cum evoluează Roborul înainte să fie înlocuit BNR a anunţat că va publica în 2 mai noul indice de referinţă trimestrial pentru creditele acordate consumatorilor reglementat prin ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului 19/2019, iar primul indice se calculează ca medie aritmetică a ratelor de dobândă zilnice ale tranzacţiilor interbancare din T4/2018.

Mugur Isărescu la Parlament: „ROBORUL nu poate fi manipulat”

Mugur Isărescu, guvernatorul BNR, a ajuns în comisia de specialitate din Senat, unde este audiat cu privire la creșterea ROBOR.

Senatorul ALDE Daniel Zamfir a declarat că după audiere se va lămuri dacă BNR ”a intervenit sau nu să influențeze ROBOR-ul, dacă BNR a intervenit sau nu să influențeze cursul valutar”.

Mugur Isărescu a spus că există o înțelegere între bănci, dar nu de tip cartelar, iar ROBORUL nu poate fi manipulat.

„Indicele ROBOR nu a fost manipulat de către bănci, în condiţiile în care el a rămas la un nivel mai scăzut, în trecut, atâta timp cât şi nivelul inflaţiei a rămas jos, iar Banca Naţională a României (BNR) nu se ”joacă cu politica monetară”, dobânzile crescând în pas cu inflaţia, a afirmat, marţi, guvernatorul BNR, Mugur Isărescu, în audierile din Senat.

Guvernatorul a subliniat că BNR nu se ”joacă cu politica monetară”, iar dobânzile din piaţă au crescut în pas cu inflaţia.

”Dobânzile au crescut în pas cu inflaţia. (…) Când inflaţia era foarte scăzută, negativă, nu exista un deficit de cerere, cu creşteri salariale mari. Era inflaţie negativă şi o creştere economică mare. Atunci, BNR a lăsat dobânda la 1,75%”, a spus Isărescu.

Isărescu a subliniat că ”dobânzile mici sunt de domeniul trecutului”, în contextul în care inflaţia a crescut semnificativ în ultimul an.

Ulterior a urmat un schimb de replici cu președintele Comisiei, Daniel Zamfir.
