antisocialbunnysims asked me if I knew where these paintings were and I won't lie, it's a struggle trying to find the recolour. 🤣 My fault for using a lot of maxis recolours, when I downloaded them ages ago!

I found the files in my Downloads folder and I've shared them on my SimsFileShare. But I am actively looking for the original creator's link. When I do, I will be replace this link with the original creator's one.

The one thing I do know is that they are on a one-tile version of Artig by AndreasKriegsloch that came with Freetime EP and you can download that here.

If anybody recognises the recolour above, please let me know in the replies below! I will keep digging through my Download folder for the creator's name ect, and update this post when/if I find it!

I'm a little confused, what do you mean by requesting a custom sim? Do you mean you want me to upload one of my characters for download, or me creating a sim's background for you?

I'm not going to upload the CQ Sims yet, unless it's Sylvie Morgan, which you can downloads for yourself here as she was submitted by @andrisims and therefore, I cannot take any credit for her creation. The question has been asked before about me uploading the sims but I'm still not ready to upload them yet, and it might well be a while yet before I do.

I'd be happy to help you make up a character if you wish, but in truth, I use a lot of random generators, combined with names I like. I then pop the sim in my game and then wing it for the most part in how that character grows. 

I am AWFUL at creating unique/pretty faces in Body Shop to look good, but I know there is a method that can help. I’ve yet to try that out myself.

I hate to say it but you might well be waiting quite a while for the next PEA update! 🙈😥 I've still got all my saves for the series, but at the moment I've no motivation to go back to it.

I'm not ruling out going back to it but I'm diving head first back into my Campbell Quay BaCC.

Where do you get the alpha hairstyles you use in your Strangertown? They're beautiful.

Thank you for taking the time to read Strangertown 😘, I'm powering through with getting loads of posts ready.

If you ever need a clue as to what new hairstyles/clothing/buy-build mode objects I'm about to use in my latest screenshots, you need only look at my CC Finds blog. 🤣

I always use filters when I'm reblogging CC I like to make it easier to find, as I've reblogged a lot of CC!

You can look for the Female Hairs | Male Hairs | Unisex Hairs.

A few of my regular favourite CC hair creators are by @fakebloood, @evannamari, @goatskickin, @entropy-sims and @blackswan-sims.

But there are loads more creators, all far more talented than I am to make all this beautiful CC that makes my game take a year to load! 🤣🤣🤣

But there is a simmer who made a very interesting story, I don't remember the name very well, but I remember that the story had to do with dramas, I hope you can help me find that story please!

Hmm, 🤔 well this makes it tricky as a lot of stories have drama! But I do have some suggestions as to how to track down this story you're looking for. I know how frustrating it is when you want to find a story you read in the past and cannot find now.

First, I'd suggest you have a look at my Rurple Recommendations page in case the story is listed there. I would also suggest looking at various Simblrs that help you search for stories here on Tumblr. For example, there is @ts2library and other various story-telling blogs.

🤔When you read the story, what do remember about it?📝

Was it set in Sims 1, 2, 3 or 4?

Was it a long story or short story?

Did it feature realistic custom content or maxis-match?

Was it set in the the Maxis storylines/hoods (Pleasantview, Strangetown, Veronaville ect)?

Or was it a completely custom neighbourhood (like CQ, for example)?

Or was it a alternative universe series (for example, was it Pleasantview but in Medieval times?)

Was the story on Tumblr, or another fan site (for example WordPress, Dreamwidth, Fanfiction.net)?

By all means send me another ask with some answers to these questions, or just keep searching! Never give up on finding a good story, especially one that you loved.

I'm really looking forward to showing you all what I've written up so far! I went all out with the posts and I think I've got quite a bit of Strangertown to keep you all occupied for a time. It's a slightly different format but I like how it's coming along.

I've technically not finished Renovating Strangertown, but I've done the majority that I can start doing some screenshots for it!

The first post will be on Wednesday. I'm just tying up the lose end for the Residents household, and then Campbell Quay will go on a mini-hiatus.

BTW, I don't know if this is something you'd be interested in doing, but since you've shown an interest in the PSP Strangetown, there are emulators you can download to play it on your PC (word of warning, it's a very old console game so the graphics aren't up to much, but the story is quite interesting for what it is!)

That sounds very interesting! I’ve heard of emulators but never really understood how they work! Looks like I have some Googling to do!

I’ve also seen that there are people playing the game on YouTube but I think I’d rather play it for myself. Even though, I have a few spoilers as I’ve gone through that wiki a lot that past week! XD
