Idk how many RoosterTeeth fans are on Tumblr, but watching the final livestream rn I'm getting so emotional. This company is what got me into video games, got me interested in the entertainment business, was the catalyst for my brother and I connecting as teens, helped me make friends in college, and made me into (I would like to think) a compassionate adult. Most importantly, I can now spell achievement correctly... most of the time.
I know they've had their rough patches, but there are so many wonderful creative people at RT who I wish the best in their future projects <3

My good, good friend @tunastime wrote a red vs blue fic that was only fuel to the fire that sent me down my rabbit hole again, so I wanted to doodle something from it to show my appreciation <3 (and eternal excitement. I cannot emphasize how wonderful their writing is and how excited I am that they get to write the favoritest guys!!!)
please go read Restful Dreaming, Mr. Freelancer!! even the dang title gets me...
Naming him Nevada due to the fact that every other freelancer probably knows he was kicked from the program except for him. Also because I can’t find a comprehensive list of actual canon pfl agents.
do you think there’s people out there who got into red vs blue because they were on a quest to watch every project elijah wood has ever done. scary thought
So, I watched the Rooster Teeth goodbye stream because I had watched their stuff for more than a decade, and fuck, even after everything that company did, I still cried multiple times, especially during Patrick's speech. That place was a hot mess and to say it had crappy management is an understatement, but like Kdin said in their post, the average person there did care. And that passion showed in this stream. So many people there showed how much they cared about what they were doing, how much they were touched by the community, and how widespread the legacy of what they did was. To those people, I'm sorry you lost your job the way you did and hope you can find new work that you can enjoy soon. The work you did touched me and millions of others. Thank you for everything.
