When the camera button is released, the shutter button will stay off, recording until the timer expires, and Samsung will display a pop-up warning that it’s done with the video capture or record for the duration of the timer, but if you press the shutter button, the camera is disabled for 15 minutes. If you tap the shutter button again, the camera will remain off until you release the shutter, which can take about 30 seconds.

After capturing a photograph, Samsung can either display a pop-up warning or display a message telling you which area of the Galaxy S7 screen is being exposed and that you need to adjust the shutter angle, focus and zoom to get the final result. After the 16MP Expo sensor on Galaxy S7 is presented by the camera button, a small LED at the top of the display, that you can see from afar, will flash green when the Samsung Exo-P sensor is exposed – this is for the photo’s exposure compensation.

You can either select the Exo-P sensor exposure in the top navigation menu or click on that LED to show you the exposure compensation settings. It works by adjusting the exposure distance and shutter speed and adjusting the pixel brightness setting. As you get closer to the camera, it’ll get slightly more sensitive, and if you get an exposure that’s too close, the screen will flash red. If you select the Exo-P sensor exposure, the screen will then switch to lower exposure and adjust the colour of the photo for optimum results.

The basic setup is quite a bit like the Galaxy S8 camera. Select camera + from the camera app and it will begin to take a couple of shots. The camera will zoom or focus the image and then start the next shot.

Intelligent Scan funcționează mult mai bine decât pe S8, pe mine m-a recunoscut chiar și cu ochelari de soare. Pe partea frontală a telefonului a apărut un LED roșu mult mai mare, care zici că-i farul din Alexandria.

Samsung Pass este un program de-al lor care te autentifică în diverse aplicații (Facebook, WhatsApp) bazându-se pe Inteeligent Scan. Funcționează foarte bine!

Edge Panels au devenit deja un standar pe seria S ca și pe Note. Mie îmi sunt folositoare, pentru că acolo îmi țin aplicațiile pe care nu le folosesc atât de des ca să le țin pe Homescreen, dar nici atât de rar încât să le tin în App Drawer.

AR Emoji

Practic singura funcție care a fost anunțată cu surle și trâmbițe de Samsung. Camera frontală îți scanează fața, îți generează un “emoji” care ar trebui să semene cu tine și apoi niște .gif-uri pe baza lui. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Review: Curved-edge Values – SlashGear

This week we’re having a peek at the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, a device released internationally at a key time in the company’s history. With no new Galaxy Note on the market and the Galaxy S7 Edge nearing a year old, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 looks – on the surface, at least – to be able to offer an alternative to the Samsung defectors.

Display

This smartphone has two curved edges – one each for its left and right side. Samsung has released smartphones with this same feature, but never with a display that’s just 1080 x 1920 pixels in size. The 5.7-inch panel on this smartphone is unique, and not just because it’s combined with a 22.5 MP camera around back and a Snapdragon 821 SoC inside.

This smartphone is downright interesting. The front panel offers a unique look at the Android user interface by ushering in the newest version of Xiaomi’s own MIUI 8.0. That’s Android at its base, but working with a user interface that’s uniquely Xiaomi. The basics remain the same – apps spread across the same space, folders, access to settings, notifications, and access to Google Now.

The difference is in how Xiaomi shows settings, and incorporates the MI fire out with the user experience. Users will need to be familiar with Chinese to be able to work their way through some of the apps, but this international edition comes with Google Play, as well. I’ve been able to comfortably install and run all the same apps In normally use on other Android smartphones, no sweat.

Very few features work with the curved edges of the display a few notifications and shortcuts from the lockscreen with a swipe in from the left or right. But the feel of the device is what this is all about. Having a display that appears to disappear off the edges of the smartphone makes the whole experience feel more premium.

The display is not quite as bright and brilliant as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was, but it’s close. This device works with OLED technology up front with an apparent 16M colors and a 386 PPI pixel density. The photos you see here compare the display up close to a Samsung Galaxy S7, Motorola (Lenovo) MOTO Z DROID, and an HTC 10 for color and, in the case of the Galaxy device, sharpness. The differences should be clear right up front.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 turns out to be a bit cooler a display than the rest, when compared side-by-side. The sharpest display is the HTC 10, but with the colors holding up better at all angles, the Galaxy S7 seat on top of this short list of displays on smartphones. It’s difficult to compare the Xiaomi Mi Note 2′s display to others because its size and density is so rare – against these top-tier devices, the Mi Note 2′s display still holds its own.

Performance and User Interface

Precious few devices on the market today have both a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 821 processor and a 1080p display. Most devices that use that processor employ a 2K display (2560 x 1440 or thereabouts). With a 1080p display and one of the best (and most optimized for all things mobile) processor on the market today, this device should have optimum processing power and battery life.

And it does – for what it’s worth. I’m not in the camp that suggests we need such processing power on a device of this size. If and when we start using smartphones with larger displays – connecting to them with keyboards, mice, and big screens like they were desktop PCs – then I'll care how beefy the processor in my smartphone is again. Then I'll care a lot more about the amount of RAM this smartphone has.

On that note – two versions of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 are available. There’s one with 64GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM, and another with 128GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM. We have the latter, and of that, 120.7 GB is a non-system storage. The version we’re working with is the "global" version which requires that users go through 3rd-party importers to get one.

Battery optimizations – particularly with the latest Android optimizations with the Doze into Marshmallow make for an intensely long battery life. Most of the extraordinary battery life you see here comes from having very little time with the display ‘ on ‘ during this test period and no SIM card.

With the SIM card in, the display on, and regular use into play, this device lasts right around the same length of time of basically every other device with this display size from the past year. That means around a day and a half on a single full battery charge.

Camera

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 works with a 22.56 MP back-facing camera with a Sony IMX318 image processor inside. This device has f/2.0 optics, EIS (with its built-in gyroscope), phase detection autofocus, and a dual-LED (dual tone) flash. The IMX318 captures 1.0 µm pixels and was released in February of 2016.

This Sony image processor is the most recently released from Sony in this MP size. There’s a 21-MP IMX processor that’s from this generation and lives on the Moto X Force, and there’s a 20-MP IMX processor that’s been released on the Vivo V5 (on the front, believe it or not). Other devices with the same IMX processor include the ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe, ASUS Zenfone 3 Ultra, Zenfone AR, and the ZTE Nubia Z11 mini S.

Above and below you’ll see some of the results of our basic tests with the back-facing camera. This device has a bunch of available modes, including a fairly versatile manual mode. In manual mode there’s a feature called Focus Peaking which places a red dot over the area of the photo the camera believes it is focusing on – which can seem helpful, but doesn’t feel particularly necessary since we can see the focus preview on the device on its own, live, anyway.

الجيل السابق من اجهزة شركة هواويفأصبح أجمل و أرقي ، فجاء الجوال معدنياً بالكامل مما يوحي بالفخامة ، الجوال جودة تصنيعه ممتازه تضع للهاتف مكانته الخاصة وسط الجوالات المنافسة الرائدةو جاء الجوال بعدة ألوان مما يتيح للمستخدم الإختيار بين أكثر من لون ، فيأتى الهاتف باللون الأسود ، و اللون الأبيض اللامع الذى يقال بأنه مصنوع من السيراميك الأبيض و يأتى باللون الرمادى و الفضى ،كما يأتى بلون الموكا و هو اللون البني و هو لون جذاب بحق يلفت إليه الأنظار ، و أخيراً يأتى باللون المفضل لمعظم الناس هو اللون الذهبي و له لمعة خاصة .محتويات العلبة :هاتف Huawei Mate 9.رأس الشاحن .كابل USB من نوع USB type C الإضاءة العادية كانت ممتازهالسطوع و زوايا الرؤية ممتازين جدا في الجوال بشكل عام و لكنهم اقل من المنافسين في فئة الهواتف الرائدةالاداء :يأتى الجوال معالج من نوع HiSilicon Kirin 960  بمعمارية 64 بت، بتردد ثماني النواه (رباعي النواة 2.4 جيجا هرتز Cortex-A73 و رباعي النواة 1.8 جيجا هرتز ( Cortex-A53 )جاء الجوال بأحدث معالج من صنع شركة هواوي نفسها فقدم أداءً ممتازاً جدا في الاستخدام بكل انواعهسواء الاستخدام الخفيف للتطبيقات اليومية او الاستخدام الثقيل التي تقيس قوة المعالج و نلاحظ ان اداء الهاتف كان ثابتا و ممتاز للغايةو معالج رسومى Mali-G71 MP8 ،و هو يعطي اداءا رائعا سواء في الالعاب الخفيفة او الالعاء التي تمتلك رسوميات عالية و تتطلب كارت رسومي عاليو يجدر الاشادة هنا باننا لم نلاحظ علي الاطلاق اي سقوط في الشاشة frame drop مع اداء الهاتفو الهاتف ياتي مع ذاكرة عشوائية 4 جيجا بايت، و هي كافية جدا للتنقل بين التطبيقات بمنتهي السلاسةو ذاكرة داخلية تقدر ب اربعة و ستين جيجا و قابلة للزيادة عن طريق كروت الذاكرة الخارجية حتي سعة 256 جيجا بايتالبطارية :يأتى الجوال ببطارية ليثيوم بوليمر 4000  مللي أمبير ،و هي غير قابلة للازالهالبطارية جيدة حيث صمد الهاتف 82 ساعة من إجراء المكالمات ، و إلى أكثر من 19 ساعة من إستخدام إتصال 3G ، و إلى أكثر من 14 ساعات من تصفح الإنترنت ، و إلى أكثر من 11 ساعة من مشاهدة الفيديو و الشركة قد عملت على دعم الشحن السريع في هذا الجوال فأصبح إمكانك شحن هاتفك خلال ساعة و نصف ، أو ساعتينو الهاتف عندما يصل إلى 60 % يبدء الشحن ببطء و ذلك لتقليل الحرارة و للحرص على عدم إنفجار الهاتف و هذه خطوة ذكية نشكر عليها الشركة .و البطارية ستصمد معك لمدة يوم و تزيد احيانا فى الاستخدام المتوسط الي يوم و نصف التوصيل و وسائل المشاركة:يدعم الجوال علي جميع الشبكات العالمية من الجيل الثاني و الثالث  وشبكات الجيل الرابع ويتميز بجودة التصال الاسلكي بالشبكات المحلية وقوة الاتصال بالواي فاي .و يدعم اتصال بلوتوث النسخة  4.2 مع A2DP، EDR، LE ، و يدعم خاصية NFC ، و لا يدعم راديو FM، بالإضافه الى مدخل  USB Type-C 1.0 reversible connector لنقل الملفات .الكاميرا :قدمت شركة هاواوي بالتعاون مع الشركة المرموقة في مجال التصوير ليكا افضل ما يمكنهما ان يقدمان في هذا الهاتفحيث اثمر التعاون المشترك علي حصول الجوال علي كاميراتين خلفيتين  مع فلاش LED  ثنائيو يمتلك الهاتف مستشعرات ليزرو مثبت بصرى ليقدم للمستخدم أفضل تجربة و تصوير ممكنو لكن لنتعرض إلى مواصفات الكاميرا أولاً و من ثم نتحدث عن جودة التصوير .اولا الكاميراتان الخلفيتان :الكاميراتان الخلفيتان ، الأولي بدقة 20 ميجا بيكسل و الثانية بدقة 12 ميجا بيكسل ، بفتحة عدسة f/2.2  ، فلاش ثنائي LED و وتقريب بصري 2X و مثبت بصري OIS،و يدعم تصوير الفيديو بدقة 2160 بيكسل و 30 لقطة فى الثانية و دقة 1080 بيكسل و30 أو 60  أو 120 لقطة فى الثانية ، و دقة 720 بيكسل و 30 أو 60 أو 240 لقطة فى الثانية  .كانت الكاميرتان جيدتان و قدمتا صوراً جيدة جدا ،لكن بشكل عام الكاميراتان جيدتان و ليست الأفضل وسط منافسيها لعدة اسباب.ففى الاماكن ذات الاضاءة الجيدة تحصل على صور جيدة و واضحة المعالم و لكن ليس الأفضلأما فى الاماكن ذات الإضاءة الضعيفة ستلحظ التشويش و غياب فى تفاصيل الصورو مع إستخدام الكاميرا الأولى تحصل صور واضحة الألوان و عند إستخدام الكاميرا الثانية تحصل على صور قريبة من التى تم إلتقاطها بالكاميرا الأولى و لن تلحظ أى إختلاف عموماً.و هو الأمر المزعج صراحةً حتى مع التصوير فى وضع الفيديو ستلحظ التشويش أثناء التصوير ،اوضاع التصوير :و دعمت الشركة واجهة الكاميرا بالعديد من الخيارات مثل التصوير فى الوضع العادىأو الإحترافي و هو الأمر الذي يمكنك من ضبط العزل و ضبط حدة الألوان و موازنة الضوء الأبيض و غيرها من الخيارات التى تساعدك فى إلتقاط الصور بإحترافية  و تحسين جودة الصور الملتقطة بواسطة الهاتف.و عند سحب الشاشة لليسار ستظهر لك قائمة الإعدادات التى تتيح لك إختيار جودة الصور الملقطة و ضبط الصور و غيرها من اعدادات التصويرو فى الشاشة الرئيسية للكاميرا ستجد عدة إختصارات مثل خيار إضافة تأثثيرات أثناء التصوير و كذلك خيار إختيار مدى درجة تشبع الصور بالألوان و غيرها من الإختصارات المعتادة.و الجدير بالإشارة أن Auto Focus كان يعمل بشكل ممتاز .الكاميرا الامامية :أما الكاميرا الأمامية فهى تأتى بدقة 8 ميجا بيكسل و بفتحة عدسة f/1.9 ، و تدعم تصوير فيديو بدقة FHD  و 30 لقطة فى الثانية ،و قدمت الكاميرا الأمامية أداءَ ممتازاَ فكنا نحصل على صور متشبعة بالألوان و واضحة المعالم على عكس الكاميراتان الخلفيتان.و ذلك لاحتوائها علي فتحة عدسه اوسع مما لدي الكاميرتان الخلفيتانالصوت :تسجيل  الصوت بواسطة الهاتف ممتازاً ، لأن الهاتف يحتوي على أربعة مايكروفونات، و هو الأمر الذي يعمل على توفير أفضل و أنقى صوت و كان عالياً و لن تتعب معه و يكاد ينافس LG V20 فى هذا ،أما سماعة إجراء المكالمات كانت ممتازه جداً و هذا شئ نشكر عليه الشركة .و السماعة الخارجية للجوال ايضا كانت ممتازة و مرضية الي حد كبيرتقييم Huawei Mate 9:هاتف  Huawei Mate 9 هو الخيار المناسب لكل شخص يبحث عن هاتف بشاشة كبيرة و اداء ممتاز في نفس الوقت مع احتوائه علي بطارية ضخمة و لكنه في ذات الوقت ليس الخيار المناسب في مجال التصوير.لذا نري انه هاتف ممتاز للغاية و الخيار المناسب لك اذا لم تكن من هواة التصويرمميزات Huawei Mate 9:رامات 4 جيجابايت كافية لأستخدام العديد من التطبيقات في نفس الوقت و التنقل بينها في سلاسة و يسركاميرتان خلفيتان تعطيان صورا جيدة جداً في الاستخدام اليومي و ليس الاحترافي .يمكنك التقاط صور سيلفي رائعة باستخدام الكاميرا الأماميه بدقة 8 ميجا بيكسل حتي في الاضاءة المنخفضة .شاشة عالية الدقة 5.9 بوصه بكثافة ألوان 373 بيكسل للبوصة الواحده مناسبة لهواة الشاشات الضخمة.قارئ البصمة الافضل في السوق حاليا من شركة هاواوي.بطاريه 4000 مللي امبير مزوده بخاصية الشحن السريع و تعطي مدة طويلة جدا من الاستخدام قبل الحاجة لاعادة شحن الهاتف.تصميم جيد و خامات معدنية جيدة تعطي الهاتف شكل انيق.معالج ثماني الأنوية لأداء قوي وسريع من نفس شركة هاواوي.خيارات ألوان ممتازة  ��لهاتف مثل الذهبي و لون الموكا  و الفضي.عيوب Huawei Mate 9:جودة الشاشه ليست الافضل بدقة FULL HD مقارنة بالهواتف الرائده التي تحمل جودة 2k و 4k بالرغم من وجود الكاميرا الخلفية مزدوجة إلا انها ليست الافضل وسط الهواتف الرائده المنافسة البطارية غير قابلة للازالةشترك  كلا من الشريحه الثانية وكارت الذاكرة
