Support Heads with arrangements for internal and external meetings and proactively resolve all calendar conflicts.

To produce high quality documentation, and reports in support of the team.
Managing the online department physical and electronic filing system for the executives and team, ensuring relevant materials are stored for audit / compliance and follow the document retention policy and legal discovery guidelines.
To support internal and external events for the team.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent
Role-specific Knowledge and Experience:
