SCP-1233: The Lunatic & SCP-4233: The Dreadnought (Entered as a duo)
SCP-1233 is a humanoid entity of unknown composition, which visually resembles an individual wearing an EMU2-type spacesuit with opaque visor and attached extravehicular propulsion jetpack.
SCP-4233 is an amphibious humanoid entity of unknown origin and composition that exhibits potent anomalous properties and operates under an unclear agenda.
SCP-053: Young Girl
SCP-053 appears to be a small 3-year-old girl. She is capable of basic speech and appears to be slightly above average in mental development. She has a generally pleasant personality and rarely seems upset, becoming agitated only in the presence of groups of people.
Any and all humans over the age of three who make eye contact with, physically touch, or remain around SCP-053 for longer than 10 minutes will rapidly become irrational, paranoid, and homicidal. Most, if not all, of these feelings will be directed at SCP-053, and afflicted subjects will attempt to kill SCP-053 after first killing or driving off all humans visible to them. Those attempting to kill SCP-053 will suffer massive heart attacks or seizures and die seconds after doing any physical damage to SCP-053. SCP-053 will regenerate almost instantaneously from any wound, regardless of severity.

oh wait i was also going to ask you!!! about some of your favorite scps because i just know your taste in that is going to be fire
okay. somewhat disorganized and arbitrary list of scps i like. i'll try to sort them into some kind of categories
everything in bold has content warnings (other than standard fare violence and body horror) that i recommend checking ("i" button next to the rating module at the top, if it doesn't have an entire splash page), but i may have missed some
everything should link to the correct page but this took me all night to compile and i don't feel like double checking right now lmao
media based because it's one of my fave themes:
1733 2614 3922 1633 5040 3006 5733 4950 1590
murder monsters and other funny guys:
7450 3470 3456 2863 1155 973 4885 3288 1233 4233 1442 3966 3004 6599 1470 (<- spider photo)
places, objects, and happenings:
2740 3737 3636 1459 3799 4001 1730 5000 4231 1555 3034 1602 1893 5140 5868 (<- meat industry/dead cows)
phase one of "words of powers and poison" (no idea about the rest of this hub, i just liked this little series a lot)
almost the entire 2022 anthology (it's been a minute since i read so i don't remember all the ones i liked, but i know there weren't many that missed. "E for eternity" gets a lot of (deserved) praise but i don't see as much talk about the rest of the series)
001 proposals:
d ulysses foole / the great hippo ft peppersghost / arbelict / s d locke / dafydd utica foolfellow / dr clef
tales:
funerals are fun / the last man / eating crow / until death / peace, i would settle for that / treats (<- violence against teens/children)
parawatch:
sunday dinner / the boltmann ambush / parkdev / substation 9 / eye-man / barns from nowhere / tower b / the bathrooms wiki
bonus, a completely unrelated nosleep story about an organization similar to the foundation that i want to share because it has just such a cool interpretation of angels

Grab Bag Sketches
1) Sewer Gang. I just don’t like how it’s coming out, so I’m abandoning it.
2) Alternate sketch for “Child” because I like this expression a lot more than what I ended up with. I dunno how I even got to the final one because the face doesn’t match the dialogue at all XP.
3) Some Kerinting doodles. Trying to decide how to style his hair.
4-5) Champions of the Moon and Sea.
6) Moonside villagers. Island rep Syrup and local scavanging-droid Jelly. Just not a good sketch
7-8) Scrapped GAB icons. I’m posting them with the fanart because I don’t want to post ‘em by themselves. I like them, but I’m very particular about my icons. If I can’t tell it’s a bunny when it’s resized to 100x100px, then it just doesn’t work for me.

What's your favorite explanation someone has given of their submission? Also, what was the most suprising submission?
(You can wait until submissions close to answer this if you want)
I don't think I can choose just one, several people have written nice things about their favorites. Almost every SCP-5031 submission has a very nice explanation about how touching it is, up to a full paragraph.
SCP-6001 had someone submit just the opening tag for it ("Hey, Sorry, I know it's late, but I just had to share this with someone, and there's no one in the world I'd rather share it with than you. I just had the most incredible day.) and reading that was really nice, even fully knowing it was part of the story.
The two in one submission of both SCP-1233 & SCP-4233 made me laugh bc it's essentially "do not separate them."
Also the short and funny ones are good. "ki tty ... ..meow meow" and "spell of shit yourself" are honorable mentions.
Most surprising… there wasn't any like, "oh you chose SCP-(anything)? Interesting, they're so obscure I didn't think anyone would know of them." but there were several I hadn't heard of that the premise was so funky (compliment) that made me stop altogether and go, "what do you mean the pope has a mech." or "how is Calvin and Hobbs here."
Actually, no wait. There was one that really surprised me. The cat, scp-pl-kot-j.
