Oh my god. Oh my god it's. It's every time she cracks just a little more. When she shows Serana that shred of humanity and empathy to her that I KNOW is deep down in there and SCREAMS. SCREAAAAMMMMSSS. Chapter XXII Deliquesce is still one of my favourite chapters for a motherfucking REASON

I'M ANSWERING THIS FOR RAE. AND IT'S WHEN JORDIS TREATS HER LIKE A PERSON. For those who don't know Raeyla'szah is my Hagraven/lich OC who has had an awful life and is immortal but for a price. Anyway Jordis in my universe is Meridia's Champion and she gets some bounty or something rather to basically murder Rae, and . . . doesn't. She's one of the only people that sees Rae as a lonely and solitary PERSON who is just stuck with the really awful cards they're dealt with. AUGH. I really need to finish that piece huh

✑ First display of their powers or abilities

Did you know [of course you did I've told you before] that I've shown little bits of Viggy being more than she lets on. And how Auriel's Bow reacts during the Harkon fight because of her blood is not an accident. SORRY I CAN'T RESIST PUTTING THAT TIDBIT OUT THERE EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN'T TECHNICALLY ANSWER THE QUESTION BECAUSE I THINK ABOUT IT A LOT. And I'm not saying Auriel's Bow will come back . . . not at all . . . . . Unless? But then of course after Vig, you know. Then it's more obvious when her power spikes. Hehe.
