notes: given how the build was designed, it was a big room so decided to design it similar to otis's room from sex education. see image inspo below the cut.

honestly i though umbra boulevard was my favorite build, but i think this home for the delgatos is my favorite of all time. especially since i challenged myself to not use a lot of cc. maybe i'll eventually get rid of all my bb cc all together...maybe...

This is the bedroom of Leilani's (my gen 2 legacy sim) other roommate, Carly! To contrast the Grunge & Mcbling bedrooms I've already created, (which you should totally check out btw (⸝⸝> ᴗ•⸝⸝), I wanted to do something more cutesy!

My fav part of the room is the manga shelf and the desk because of all the clutter! (I really have a clutter cc problem......)

WIP: Lesmana Resorts, 星の夜 (Hoshino-ya)

We are happy to announce that the progress of the upcoming five stars Ryokan resort "Lesmana Resorts Hoshino-ya" in Wakaba, Mount Komorebi is currently at 70% to completion.

The Hoshino-ya Ryokan will be situated on a secluded end of Wakaba neighborhood, with two main buildings Hana-kan (花館）and Izumi-kan (泉館）which translates to Flower Pavilion and Spring Pavilion respectfully.

The Resort will be occupying two lots, and the buildings are to be placed accross to each other as in the above layout picture.

Hana-kan (100% Completed)

Hana-Kan will serve as the main building of the Resort, functioning as a restaurant lot. Facilities in Hana-kan ranges from main hotel lobby, bar, meditation room, private rooms, and private onsen for each room.

Izumi-kan (20% Completed)

Izumi-kan will serve as a private spa building for resort guests, offering a secluded wellness experience totally separate from the main building.

This is the bedroom of my beloved gen 2 legacy sim! I love the balance between the grunge/punk aesthetics and how they complement eachother! I'm sort of a maximalist when playing (as if it's not obvious lmao) so I loveee clutter cc to fill up any and all empty spaces! ₊‧°𐐪♡𐑂°‧₊

For me, the makeup area and the shelf at the foot of the bed are my favorite parts of this build. Comment below what's ur fav part!
