Often we have an inhibition to avoid going on vacations when our kids are small. But I wouldsay that it’s the best time rather go for a vacation when your kids are small. Here’s a list of fewplaces you can visit with your kids in different age genres.

➢ Best places to travel with infants

This is the best time when you can travel with your kids without it being a task. At this age,the babies are not mobile and just need to eat and sleep on time. In this age, the child is justdependent on his/her parents and it doesn’t need anything apart from food and sleep.

● Munnar (Kerala)

Munnar is a beautiful place located in Kerala. It is located at an altitude of 1600-1800 above the sea level. This place was a favored resort for the British rulers in the colonial times. From a wide area of tea plantation which this place is famous for its vast species of flora and fauna which makes this place, a must visit one. One can enjoy so many places like waterfalls, trekking, fishing, national parks etc…

● Sonapani (Uttrakhand)

Sonapani is a scenic place which is miles away from the track of the tourists. If youhave that book which you couldn’t read in the bustle of the city or haven’t spent a good time with your partner, this is the place you need to head to.

The best time according to the baby would be during summers to go to a hill station. Winter season can be a bit tricky weather to plan a vacation with a baby. As there can be sudden rains or snow which can affect the children.

Kids in this age group are not able to walk properly but get irritated easily, if we try restricting them. At this point, one should avoid going to places where there is a lot to walk but rather places where you can reach after short drives. At this age children are not ready to sit at one place for a long time and thus long journey can be a difficult task for them.

Udaipur (Rajasthan)

The best time to visit these places will be during winters as the weather is favorable during the daytime and a little cold during the night.

At this age, the baby is all on his own to decide what he likes playing with. He can now sit down at a place for a little longer now. This is the time when his taste buds are ready to accept anything that just tastes good. This time is favorable when one can think of heading to the beaches.

● Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Its blue waters and pristine beaches is a perfect spot for a perfect vacation with family. Children can enjoy swimming with elephants here and also enjoy underwater marine life. The beaches and the amazing weather here provides one escape from the bustle of the city life and gives a chance to the family to spend time and enjoy with each other.

Goa
