It turned out, you have to go to the directory and run the executable directly rather than through a command prompt, and you may have to run it a few times to get it to work.

Even when I got it to work, it still showed those error messages. Microsoft told me to ignore them. So, if you run ospprearm and then go to command prompt and type ospp.
