slides in fashionably TERRIBLY late. hello Sharenaers. I know prompts were posted early about two weeks ago, But we were still missing official dates for them – which I am bringing today! June 18th to June 24th, since the option for mid June dates won, but im still giving us all a little more time to prepare just in case

just like last year, every medium of entry is welcome (drawing, writing, text posts, videos, sprite edits, you name it) as long as they're tagged #sharenaweek2025 or #sharenaweek !

As for the rules, they're the same as last year's, mostly to Have Fun And Be Yourself and all that, but I'll still paste them here just in case!

Make sure to use the ⁠#SharenaWeek and/or ⁠#SharenaWeek2025 tags when you post your work. You can also @ this blog (@sharenaweek) or DM your post to us if it takes a few days to be reblogged. All properly tagged posts will be shared here!

While the main event will be during the week of June 18th to June 24th 2025, you can take as long as you need and post late if needed. Just make sure to follow the above rule so we can find them and share them!

You don't have to post every day if you can't — remember that this event is to have fun first snd foremost.

Anyone can participate! Any and all posts are welcomed: fanfiction, drawing, painting, sprite editing, poetry, headcanon/analysis posts, AMVs — literally anything, as long as you made it (or commissioned it) counts!

Prompts can be interpreted in any way you want.

Remember to tag your works accordingly, especially if they feature NSFW content (gore, nudity, etc) or heavy topics. Remember to not censor your tags, otherwise people who don't want to see that content won't be able to avoid it!

Summer Sharena pls pls IS I’m begging…

I saw a post saying this:

"am I the only one who feels absolutely terrible when i block someone because they selfship with the same f/o 😭😭😭 like im not an asshole I just don’t like my f/o with a different person"

I read this and as a self shipper I thought. I'm so lucky my f/os come from a game with multiple realities and multiverse. Everyone can do with their Alfonse and Lìf ( or other characters) as they please.

The issue comes with people that do not understand this. There is no canon pairings in feh. Problem comes when people write paragraphs to make other people understand why their ship is the "canon" one instead of "My ( character) in My Askr is in love with ( other character)", then get angry when someone disagrees.

Respect people. We all have our Askr and Embla and you can ship your characters with whoever you want. 🥰🥰

I can’t believe it, but the hero I’m telling you about today is… me? This me is from another world, and far older, advisor to the Askran King Alfonse, head of ambassadorial work, and a professor of philosophy on the side - wow! 

The hair she sports is a combination of mothers and mine - two buns on the side of the head and pig-tails like my pony-tail. That’s a lot of hair! Her skirt is like mothers, too, and looks very comfortable the detailing on the side of the dress reminds me of my boots, and the harness is similar to my skirt belt, and her armour has Askr’s crest! So cool! 

My - I mean her - weapons are good old Fensalir and three special tomes. If they remind you of Eir, Peony, and Veronica, they should! Each one is a study of the philosophy and magic of their realms Hel and Ymir, Ljósálfheimr, and Embla! And Sharena wrote them all! I can’t believe future me is so smart! 

Her world has established peace between Askr and Embla, and has an order of heroes dedicated to relief work and not war. That means she has time to study her passions like philosophy, culture, and making even more friends! I hope I can work as hard as her and grow up to form the peaceful world she speaks about! 

now a quick ramble on design:

Hair is similar to Celine's because I wanted it to be akin to Henriette's but still have the Sharena vibe

The reason she study's philosophy is because all that stuff with peony got her very existential and confused, she coped with it by looking into the philosophy of personhood and became hooked

I feel like her hair became more pink as she ages

the long skirt is because she mentions she would feel uncomfortable in the short DoD outfit Alfonse is in, therefore she would want something more flowy and comfy
