Got diagnosed with autism today
#Not a jape#We're finally taken seriously boys#At age 24#Better late than even more late I guess#I'm seriously happy and peaceful now that it's settled#My mom is having a hard time tho... She feels cheated by doctors who overlooked me and grieves the loss of time and energy and money#She wishes I had never been put through unwarranted and unnecessary hardships because of medical carelessness#I've done that grieving already tho. I've raged against the trials of psychanalysis laid out by my nemesis: Freud#So I promise I'm peachy. I'll exorcise my resentment through art.
