This torc (metal neck-ring) was discovered in 1950, in a field near the village of Snettisham, Norfolk, England. The site is on the north-west coast of Norfolk, overlooking the Wash. Later, many hoards of Iron Age torcs were found at this site. This torc was one of the early finds, and at the time the most impressive, and so it is conventionally referred to as “The Snettisham Great Torc”. This torc is one of the most elaborate golden objects from the ancient world. It is made from an alloy of gold, silver and copper, and weighs over 1 kg. The neck-ring is made from 64 wires in eight separate coils. The ends are elaborately decorated with swirling motifs. The torc was probably buried around 50 BC. The inscription reads: "By the grace of God Iw Vlad, voivode and lord of all the land of Ugrovlachi, the son of the great Vlad voivode, built and completed this temple on June 24, in the summer of 6969 (1461), indict 9". This slab was discovered at the dawn of his scientific career by the Romanian historian Constantin K. Djurescu, and he spoke about the find in the article "The Church of Vlad Tepes in Tirgshor". Published in "Buletinul Comisiunii Monumentelor Istorice (Bulletin of the Commission for Historic Monuments)", January-March 1924 issue. From this article it follows that the church was built by Dracula, but rebuilt three times : - the first time by Prince Anthony of Popesti (reigned from March 1669 to February 1672). Since he was born in Danruba, Aidan was taught how to fight at an early age and he actually quite enjoyed it and he was good at it. Not only he was taught physical combat skills, he was schooled to properly use his powers.

He joined the army when he was 19 years old and served for 5 years.

Being in the army wasn’t easy, it hardened him, but he did it for a greater cause - to protect the kingdom, to protect his home.

[ Trigger warning: death, pneumonia ] While he was in the army (Aidan was 24 at that time), unfortunately his father wasn’t careful enough, he got ill and he passed away leaving Aidan’s mother alone with their two young children. That’s when Aidan left the army to care for his family.

He has always liked to travel and see new places, so he travels around doing odd jobs so he could support his mother and his siblings.

Being an assassin wasn’t something he chose to do, it kind of... happened. A bad man needed to be killed and he got asked if he could do it. He hesitated, but the reward for it was more than generous, so eventually he agreed.
