Looking for natural relief from neck pain, shoulder tension, or wrist discomfort? In this video, we explore SI 5 (Small Intestine 5) — an important acupressure point on the wrist that can help you reduce pain and improve flexibility.
SI 5 is located on the wrist crease between the styloid process and the triquetral bone. It connects to the Small Intestine meridian, which travels up the arm and through the shoulder. Stimulating this wrist acupuncture point helps release tension in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation, and supports joint health.
✅ Benefits of activating SI 5:
Relieves neck and shoulder pain
Eases wrist pain and stiffness
Promotes better energy flow through the Small Intestine meridian
Enhances mobility and flexibility
This technique is especially helpful for people suffering from:
Shoulder stiffness
Chronic neck pain
Carpal tunnel or wrist strain
Poor circulation in hands and arms

Small Intestine: The organ, myofascial and energetic meridians, related muscle and referred pain pattern (circle at the center) I’m still working on sinew /myofascial planes, like that of the deep back arm line fascia correlations versus the Dr Goodheart related muscles. Not an acupuncturist, so maybe one can help me here, but I’m trying to wrap my head around it. First glance, the related muscles, in this case, abs and quads, seem to be more related to the organ, while the sinew to the energy channel. We saw in the Stomach exploration, that lots of muscles helped to bring food to face in terms of the “related” muscles. Other instances, like with liver, I’m not so sure. There’s maybe even embryology involved. Of all the info I share, this I’m not sure about and open to ideas…the unified field theory of #movement, #muscles and #meridians! #energeticanatomy #smallintestine #smallintestinemeridian #myofascia #myofascial #fascia #fascial #adaptablepolarity #Anatomy #humananatomy #painpatterns https://www.instagram.com/p/ClwS2Rxvrd2/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Eyes and Ears, is there a connection? In just following #myofascial lines, then connecting #TCM meridians, it seems so. This is just looking at our architecture of structure and flow. In a quick search into the electrical engineering, I stumbled upon the Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex (VOR). Turns out the inner ear and the muscles that move your eyes are intimately connected, and considered one of the fastest reflexes in the body. Looking at the positioning of these two lines, Urinary Bladder and Small Intestine abs respectively Superficial Back Line and Deep Back arm line, I posited this connection. It makes sense from an evolutionary lens. It makes sense from a human architectural model, which means it makes sense from structural and energetic components, and turns out, it is a documented reflex. Fun. #eyesandears #eyes #ears #itsallconnected #bladdermeridian #smallintestinemeridian #muscles #movement #meridians #reflexes #fascia #fascial #myofascia #adaptablepolarity https://www.instagram.com/p/ClT3JogJ29r/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
