Best enjoyed when ya can allo #grousemountain — both a resort & an attraction, plus a popular Vancouver year-round outdoor playground. Offers fantastic views of BC’s Lower Mainland & Southern Coastal Islands — from ascending The Skyride (aerial trams whisk visitors up top 365 days/year), the fun begins upon arrival at The Peak Chalet with variety of bistros, cafes, pubs, & fine dining, along with galleries, shops, & multimedia spectacles at Theatre in the Sky. First timers should start here to get a cinematic overview of Grouse‘s history, background & attractions, to better understand options available. No doubt ya heard of Vancouver’s notorious “Grouse Grind”, an ultimate challenge for fitness aficionados; it’s trail goes up steep rugged terrain from base plateau to mountain peak.
