Captain Crois and Josten both turn to him in shock. “Minyard? You sure?” Captain Crois asks.

“Minyard, you don’t need to do that. I’ll just sit in the waiting area until Smith comes back.” Josten insists at the same time.

“Show me somewhere good for lunch around here.” He says. Andrew figures that he can drag Josten to lunch and start to get some information out of him. If it means that he’ll also be avoiding being home for a few more hours so that Katelyn and Aaron don’t trap him into another conversation then that’s just a bonus.

DAWN: (sighs) I'm just so... the way I acted, the way I talked to you. I feel so stupid. All over a spell. BUFFY: Get ready to feel even stupider when it's not. WILLOW: Hey, Anya, you never told us what you can't believe you almost. ANYA: (playing dumb) Almost who, now? WILLOW: No, you can't be the only not embarrassed one. What did you do? ANYA: (stutters) I, uh, wrote a poem. An epic poem... comparing him to a daisy and a tower and a lake. RADIO ANNOUNCER (O.S.) And now the latest on Sunnydale's late-night bandit who is still at large. A masked thief held up a number of large businesses— ANYA: (turns off radio) OK, great, ice cream. My treat.

TBD Chapter 1 (Parts 68 - 134)

Andrew Minyard has just signed on with the Atlanta Wolves so that he can support his twin and his twin's wife as they work on residency and get ready to welcome his nieces into the world. He may not give a shit about Exy, but it does pay well.

And Atlanta is paying him well enough to ignore the awkward tension of having to play with one of his college teammates again. Neil Josten has only gotten more interesting since the last time Andrew saw him when he'd graduated from Palmetto State.
