multi/plicity musing below cut

I've just been thinking a lot about Tank (alter; multiplicity stuff. You've met him if you've been here since before JSMN) today; I keep expecting him to show up and he hasn't, which is fine, but I had a whole gender related breakdown on like? Friday?? (I.....remember almost none of it) and some stuff came up about him, or about my relationship with him, and I keep expecting Some Kind of communication or a switch but it's like I have cotton wool in my ears. I can....hear that I Should be hearing something, but I'm not.

And I'm just thinking about him and how one of my/our perpetual issues with knowing who we are is that we Both have grown up and developed, and so there's been this like, dual process that has made understanding what we each want and what we each like or need, so complicated. I wish he'd front for a bit so his thoughts would be clearer.

okay i'm no expert bc ive never written goalie nesting but usually its like goalies start nesting and usually going sort of nonverbal/feral adjacent and get really territorial + attached to their goalposts. and usually there's an aspect of the goalie needing a nesting partner they select to spend the nesting period with them (typically sex involved, kind of like an omegaverse heat ig?) sometimes it's just a routine thing they do or as a response to something stressful? maybe goalie nesting experts can tune in lol
