Okay so I had this idea even last year! But I had already done my pumpkin patch (I peaked here lmao) and I was really bummed out that it was constantly crashing and unplayable (it was on the biggest lot size possible) so I decided to wait until this year to execute it! 🎃

So here's Will O' The Wisp's! It's a functioning restaurant inside a carved Halloween pumpkin? Yes! I thought why not? It's silly and it's cute and totally in the spirit of Simblreen. 👻

And it's got everything your simmies might need for an unforgettable spooky time: fine dining, a pumpkin patch to stroll through, a woodsy area with a big screen for some scary movie viewing and a concert area where you can listen to your neighbors rock 'n' rollin'. 💀

A bit more technical information (and preview pics) are under the cut! Please read it in order to make this community lot work properly in your game! It's super easy ♥

There's actually not much CC so I packaged the lot with all of it, please let me know if something's not showing up for you and I'll help you out ♥ Please use CleanInstaller.

BUT the lot was built with invisible walls so I'm assuming you need them in your game or else the pumpkin is going to look really weird lmao. You can get them HERE and they're super easy to install.

Other than that, you need the invisible door and the invisible tiles. Your sims will be walking through the pumpkin because I placed it on this special OMSP, so make sure to get that as well.

The pumpkin mesh is originally by vintagesimmer and I converted it and re-textured it completely for this purpose. It's included with the download so please, just in case, plop it in your Downloads folder 'cause it's the most important thing. I so desperately wanted to make it 'hood visible but unfortunately I didn't clone it the correct way from the beginning and would have to start the entire thing over, so... :(

Tour D'Or is officially available for those interested!

There are three apartments, one duplex and two identical ones with the price range from a bit over §1000 to a bit over §3000.

The community zone includes a swimming pool and a small outdoor area. There is also a handsome Concierge (as always) to take care of all your Sims' needs, a fake bar and a luxury store window just to give it some realness.

The plan looks like this:

IMPORTANT: In the .rar file you will find TS2 Clean Installer file. Make sure you use the Clean Installer - 99% is CC so USE WITH CARE!

Lost Heaven Restaurant

A perfect mixture of mystery and vibe. Enjoy the exquisite dining experience which draws inspiration from Tibetan, Yunan, and Indian cuisines. Or have some Moroccan tea at the Casablanca-styled terrace bar.

Fun fact: It was based on a restaurant with the same name in Shanghai (located in the famous Bund area). I only hope I have re-captured 1% of the beauty of the actual one!

As promised the other day, a new lot! Unfurnished and therefore CC light. Please use Clean Installer when downloading!

I’ve included the suggested floor plan but of course you can change it up. There’s some dummy space on the top floor which you could use for a walk in closet in the second bedroom or something if you’d like! There is a functional driveway on this lot (I’ve used an invisible recolour).

The other day I was asked to put this lot up for download and here it is! ♥

It's an old school mansion that I built for a sim who's a mayor. 🐸

It's called the Charlevoix Avenue and it costs 77, 378 simoleons. I have completely cleaned it and compressed it. The little CC it has is included, but make sure to grab these windows and the Bespoke build set.

Hello Darlings,

I know I have been absent for a long time...but that doesn't mean I am not lingering in the shadows, collecting new CC or building. I have many WIPs, but I wanted to share a glimpse of the lots I've been working on...There is a 1x3 Brownstone, 2x3 Apartment Lot called Villa Ilenia (honoring dear @jacky93sims who made my dream come true by converting some Felixandre windows and door that I dreamed of since they were created) with 1 big unit and 1 adorable attic unit and my Tour D'Or - a recreation of my Lady Sonja Morgan's house which I lost when my laptop crashed...this time in a smaller version on 2x2 and as an Apartment lot too - 2 Units, one bigger than the other.

Can't really tell when any of it will be published for download since my RL is a bit busy now...but I am still here in case any of you wondered about it or, dare I say, missed me/my lots.
