Une nuance importante. J'ai partagé plus de 30 fois le contenu de cette présentation en cours d'année. J'ai également publié à trois reprises des articles pour le CRHA et FutursTalents concernant les technologies d'attraction et l'expérience candidat. What year ! , 🕺 I start this retrospective of the highlights of 2019 with the month of February. In front of a hundred participants, the HR Horizons breakfast presented a complete analysis of talent attraction technologies. We are talking here about attraction, not acquisition. An important nuance. I shared the content of this presentation more than 30 times during the year. Not a piece was missing. Still relevant. Talent acquisition and the passive job seeker

In the near 10 years that I have been at Havas People, there are a number of clients who stand out in my mind. One of the first clients I met, while I was still new to the world of Recruitment advertising, told me what she believed to be the Holy Grail of recruitment - that the best candidates to recruit were “people who were probably happy in the job that they’re currently doing and not really aware that they are interested in a new role”. This message has always stuck in the back of my mind. Distilling her message down, she was talking about the passive job seeker.
Now, we all know that there are some roles that if we advertise on Total Jobs or S1, the applications will come and they will be of a suitable quality to ensure a robust shortlist. But what about roles that are known to be hard to fill or technical in their nature? How do you ensure that your role is seen by as many people as possible, if the available candidate pool is already very small?
Most businesses that I talk to don’t have the time and/or resource to carry out the research needed to connect with a certain type of candidate. But most of them love the idea of being able to segment a candidate type and market directly to them.
The Talent Acquisition Team at Havas People has been working with clients for a number of years now to achieve just this.
