Been watching a playthrough of the new Spider-Man game and it got the rot back into my head for my own AU version of things, which by extension gave me an idea for introducing my own version of Gwen Stacy as she becomes the second Spider-Woman of this universe :D the basic idea is that the OG Spider-Woman(Wynn Maron)'s friend and developer of her tech, Teara Osagawa(daughter of tech company CEO Terak Osagawa of Osagawa Labs) mused with the idea of creating more spider people to help Wynn take care of the city. Of course, she conveniently left out the part where she already made a test spider, based on the original spider that bit Wynn. Wynn shoots down the idea, since she's afraid that the new spiders might turn to lethal force if push came to shove. Disheartened by this, Teara goes to destroy the test spider, but it escapes and ends up running loose in the building... Just as new custodial worker Gwen Stacy starts her first night on the job.

After hearing commotion in one of the empty offices, Gwen feels a biting sensation on her back. She brushes it off as creeped out nerves before running into Teara, who she has admired for years for her tech innovations. Teara asks about a spider, but when Gwen says she hasn't seen one, goes on her way and brushes aside Gwen trying to tell her about the noise she heard.

Later, during her break, Gwen takes a nap, only to wake up with a start and stick to the wall. She begins to freak out a small bit before realizing that she now inexplicably has spider powers, and goes to Teara for answers. Teara realizes that she has to not only contend with a new spider person, but ALSO tell her best friend and love that she went against her wishes and made a spider and that it bit someone.

Repostober Day 6 Another one involving these goobers, Teara and "Evil Teara". I just love the way this one came out. The original conceit of it was based on a song called On the Rocks by a YouTube artist named Ken Ashcorp, which was about space and relationships. I also wanted an excuse to draw these two in their anthro forms cus I love them :D

This started as a warm-up sketch, and then turned into another piece inspired by a song as time went on. Wanted to draw my beans in their anthro forms and it got a little out of hand XD

Repostober Day 19 I don't think I ever posted this on here, but I had an idea and finalized something I've been mulling around in my brain for years now. Every night Teara goes to bed she dreams of a sword. A sword that hovers just out of reach above her bed. A sword that has been passed down from mother to daughter in her family for generations. A blade she has despised since she was very young, and never wanted to own. A sentient blade that knows its wielder hates them, and in turn feels that very hatred for her. A blade made with the blood of oni, and the soul of ancestors long since gone; forged in a time of pain, and suffering, and death.

Repostober Day 10 As much as I love draw Teara and "Evil Teara" together, I will never get over the first ship I ever had between these goobers. I love them both so very much, and I love what they have together. Childhood friends who stuck by each other through thick and thin, who love each other deeply, and want the best for each other. A small feisty ball of anger and her calm and gentle giant. I love them so much ;u;

It's 1958 and Teara Osagawa is investigating a slew of magic-based murders. Her best friend was one of the victims, and she wants justice. She doesn't know exactly who the culprit is, but news around the underworld is hinting at a new mafioso in town. A gangster whose methods are… Questionable, and who seems hellbent on causing problems for everyone. No one dare speaks their name, but they've given this new mob boss a nickname: Lobo. The Wolf

I love drawing these two goobers, and I need to draw them more. Need more gay content in my life and in my art ^u^

Also, Teara is for sure standing on a step stool. Wynn is MUCH taller than she is, so it's hard to reach up or hug her without getting a face full of abs(she doesn't mind that, though >u>)

❌OC in something they would absolutely never wear Since The Barbie movie is coming out, I figured it'd be fitting to finally answer this ask. "Evil Teara" would NEVER wear this kind of outfit. It's too frilly. TOO pink!

EDIT: Wynn and Symm are 6'8", not 7'8"(I hecked up) Made an updated character reference sheet for the main trio of my story, The Traveler's Diaries(I think I've settled on that title), and also bonus "Evil" Teara thrown in for good measure :D Each of these beans got their ups and their downs, their strengths and their weaknesses, and I can't wait to explore them all in the story proper ^u^
