I ran to read it as soon as I got this ask! So obviously I gotta talk about it! So I love small details that communicate movement in fics, esp when establishing, so opening your fic with, "You sat on the couch, your fingers lightly tracing the ridges of the red solo cup in your hand as you listened to a drunken Randy babbling on about what movie to put into the VCR."

Was so fucking great. Starting strong is important and you deff did! Making the reader a Woodsboro survivor and a friend of Sid and Randy is a staple and a total classic, works here, and knowing what we know about Scream 2 and Mickey, makes this dynamic all the more interesting! Makes me think of how this would go down the line, you know? It gives intrigue! The pair of them interacting feels natural, I loved the line, “Yeah. Sidney’s got Derek and I’m sure he keeps her very distracted,”

Amazing.

The reader not being over the events of the first movie, solid! Love that kinda thing, esp when it leads into the reason for the smut! There are a million reasons to have sex and thus, a million reasons for smut to occur, and a distraction from grief, trauma and stress? Perfection. What better outlet than Mickey? What a good guy to help the reader out!

Okay, now we are at the goods, and I gotta say, the rushed nature of it hits hard. Also fucking in the bathroom at a party! Classic, even though I don't think I have written it myself yet, actually! Bathroom sex, yes, sex at a party, also yes, but sex in a bathroom AT a party? No! Shocker, I know. But future project, who knows.

I like the back and forth, love the development and as you know, I looove denial, and raw sex, condom? Who needs condoms?

I love some of your word choices here but let me focus on my fave moment of this whole thing. Mickey being a dick, denying her the whole time, fantastic, but when it gets to this moment,

“Please let me, please let me.” You began chanting those three words like a prayer and you felt his thrusts begin to stutter a little. You felt tears from the overstimulation begin to form in your eyes as you were all but sobbing and begging him to let you cum.

Okay. So. Wow, hot, very hot. As a person who reads almost exclusively denial based smut to get off, this is like top tier, this is what I am talking about! Something about the "please let me" over and over again is like stellar, a true standout.

So! I gotta say, for your first smut? Really fucking good job! Loved the ending too, very good point to finish off on, like you clearly got some skills, you keep on writing, keep on reading and no doubt you are gonna keep improving! I am excited to see what else you are going to do! Seriously dude, you got great bones and already some hot as fuck moments, I have no doubt if you stick with this you are going to only go up from here!

With how chaotic everything had been with, you know, the world ending and Eddie moving in and trying to pretend like she was a normal teenager who didn't know about scientists and coverups and superpowered comic book villains being real, Jessica was grateful for the peace and quiet. With everyone around it was difficult to get a little private time and so she seized on the opportunity that presented itself.

She should've latched her door. That was the universal sign for don't come in but she wasn't expecting anyone home for hours and so she hadn't worried about it not fully closing behind her as she bound for her bed. Call her a romantic but she'd set the mood for herself, music playing through her headphones, mind wandering as her fingers slipped beneath the covers and between her legs. Which is why she's lost in her own little world and misses the sound of the front door opening. Cheeks flushed, bottom lip tugged between her teeth and brows furrowed, her release peaks just as her door knocks open and the rushing gasp quickly turns into a shriek as she makes eye contact with an obviously just as unsuspecting Eddie. "GET OUT!" she screamed as she scrambled under her blankets and debated the possibility of dying from embarrassment being an actual cause of death.

🌹 ― a romantic memory.

#ELENA: cooking. it was late when she and her boyfriend had decided that they were hungry, so why not cook? long story short, they ended up getting side tracked and only remembered about the food when something started to smell burnt. although they almost started a fire, it's still memorable to her because it was the first time she's ever cooked with any of her significant others.

#AERI: playing Rock Paper Scissors. on one of her more recent dates they decided that they would play to pick where they went, what they did, what they ate and ofc who had to pay. it was one of the most casual yet entertaining dates she's been on.

#MISUN: skipping class. back in middle school she would skip every once and a while to hang out with her significant other be most of the free time she really had was during school hours. she tried to not make a habit out of this, but it did get progressively worse the longer the relationship lasted.

#SENA: biking. it was her first ever date and her and significant other had decided to go biking on the side of Han River. she can still feel her hair swishing around her face as she looked behind her to make sure she didn’t get too far ahead.

🗝 ― a memory you never want to forget.

#ELENA: their first music show win. this was impactful because for the first time in their career she felt as if they had something tangible to reflect their work and ambition. she can still remember the tears in each of their eyes as they embraced each other, proud of what they’ve achieved and what’s yet to come.

#AERI: getting the team ring. their team ring is arguably one if not the most valuable possessions of hers. it symbolizes not only their bond and connection as friends and members but as family. every time that she thinks back to that memory she is always reminded of the family she was blessed with.

#MISUN: first night at the dorms. it was clear the boys were a bit awkward with having her there but she was always good with breaking the ice. that night all 6 of them bonded and expressed their dreams as they ate pizza and talked over the movies playing in the background.

#SENA: shooting BOOMBAYAH. she feels as if this is the beginning of her journey with the other girls. their first shooting for their debut song. she can still remember the adrenaline running through her at the prospect of finally becoming an idol with her best friends at her side.

There isn't something like an Ideal Sexual Experience for them-- they are very much a part of a polycule and for good reasons, they wouldn't be able to just pick one thing that's the Ideal besides obviously it being consensual and with a person they like/love/enjoy a lot. They have so much sex stuff they like, but you can't make them pick to choose from like them spending like 3 hours taking Skaia apart into pieces in their bed, having a delightful time in a scene with Kalarros, being jumped by Khatte when he's around and springing off from that, or getting caught between Lana and Z on occasion.

They have a very satisfying sex life nowadays. Living their best life. Who needs ideal when you have so many people they care about to spend some lovely, lovely time with. PLUS LIKE. Hello 💖! It's lovely to hear from you again!

I'm sorry that your week started off with work weirdness but hopefully things will start looking up! I'll have to check out the new fic! I'm always on the look out for new and exciting works! I reside in the US (and am very excited to see the boys in three different cities!) so the EU dates don't impact me as much- but I hope they align with and work out well for everyone on here! (I will be enjoying watching the recaps on TikTok lol)

In terms of Ally Updates... the next chapter of the A&E fic will hopefully be finished tonight - it has turned into a significantly longer beast than anticipated and I think I need to either just embrace it or do a whole lot of editing and cut it down.

Fictional!Taylor is on the struggle bus right now, but hopefully her, fictional!Matty and their fake relationship will be making their way back to AO3 soon- I have the next chapter about 80% done! Make Way For Ducklings Fictional!Matty is continuing to be extremely dramatic and making life difficult for himself- I'm hoping to get the next chapter there up either late this week or early next week - just depends what real life decides to throw at me! 😊
