I finally finished Sandstorm B and I think those two might be my new favourite Night Vale episodes (however I am not very far but still), and hands down the funniest part is Kevin arriving in Night Vale all "oh? What is this strange new world I have discovered?" meanwhile Cecil is over in the Desert Bluffs studio like "what the fuck what the fuck what the fuck what the FUCK"

Ther is definitely something deeply wrong there #The immediate visceral disgust I felt at the part about the baseball team having to do the spreadsheets #I am The Sports Friend inescapably and like that was what made me realize how fucked up Desert Bluffs is #That shook me to my core. The removal of childhood and play and replacement with corporate productivity is probably the scariest concept #That this show could ever face me with. like I don't even play baseball #That probably wasn't even this scary back in 2012 but we're living in a late stage capitalist society #and it's only a matter of time at this point #welcome to night vale #desert bluffs #curio chatter
