Gentle Reminder...
Sometimes, figs remind us of the feedback and confirmation we’ve already received in life. Like the hundreds of seeds hidden inside the fruit, we’ve been given plenty of signs and reassurances, but they’re not always immediately visible. Just like how the outside of a fig doesn’t reveal the sweetness inside, we don’t always feel those confirmations as strongly as we’d like—and when that happens, it’s easy to panic or feel uncertain. But figs teach us to trust in what’s beneath the surface and remember that abundance and growth are there, even if they’re not always obvious at first glance.

I'm Fig, and this blog is an extension of my YouTube channel, @fignewtondiaries, where I share my day-to-day life and insights while living with a serious mental illness (SMI).
