digimon fanganronpa? i'm all ears

Okay,so this is in a weird position where it’s finished enough that I can say it’s somewhat done,but it still kinda is very far from completion.

So,bassically all the contestants are the game protagonist and support characters(Masaru and Touma included since they got their own game.) and while I don’t have a proper setting(I feel like a school would fit,but you need some extra context for that that would spoil chapter six) I do have the mascots,of which are monotama (a very mean egg that likes to see people suffer) and Monodramon/Machinedramon(can’t decide whether to make it another mono or just a Machinedramon,also he doesn’t talk)EDIT: I forgot that there was already a monodramon

I don’t have every talent mapped out,so I’m all ears for suggestions on the talents/which talents would be better/funnier:

My 10 favorite Magia Record Card art and Designs

Well, everyone’s doing them, so it was about time I got on it. I’ll lump favorite designs and card art together; and I will do that as well with least favorite card art and design. These are in random order btw

Mayu Kozue

I really like Mayu’s design, because it actually reminds me of an artist who uses watercolors and aquarel. Her pose is nice, not sexualized and I like the floatiness of it. Her skirt also flares up but not too far making it rather tasteful. Her black hair nicely compliments the other black and the white in her outfit.

Ranka Tomomi Chizu

I still like to call her Tomomi since it sounds cuter and that’s the way we thought her name was supposed to be pronounced anyway. I like the way the colors are distributed across her outfit, the urban influences and that you can immediately see that she’s a gamer girl. Her five star art really makes me think that it’s drawn in the middle of Ranka preparing an attack; she even looks at the camera as in ‘don’t you dare distract me’.

 The One True Madoka

This goes without say. I like the contrast between her supernatural gold eyes and her pink hair; and I’m not even mad about the chest window because it exposes the place where her heart is. And due to her status, it is rather symbolic than sexualizing, because she literally opened up her heart to others. The card art...it’s just, I’m breathless.

Alina Gray

I already explained that, among the antagonists of arc 1, Alina’s one of the best dressed, as the monochromaticy of her main costume nicely brings out her colorful hair. I like the paint blots on the background of her five star art, and the way she’s looking down on you is both intimidating and it looks as if she’s having fun messing with you. The colors in the cubes are the colors not in her clothing or hair, and that makes for a fitting contrast, making the entire thing extra colorful.

Manaka Kurumi

I’ve seen Manaka in a lot of these posts, and honestly, I can’t say they’re wrong. Her green tie is a good choice, it draws your attention to her in her five star art. She looks like she is laughing in a cheeky way, almost as if saying ‘I’ve got you now!’

Nanaka Tokiwa

I like Nanaka’s outfit (sucker for purple/pink combi), although I think the corset could be changed for an obi in that color. She’s making a turn halfway in her five star art, but it’s not twisted in an impossible way, nor is she making a boobs and butt pose. The artist clearly knew their anatomy. Her katanas may be short, but the flurry of flowers still makes you feel like you’re under attack.

Ren Isuzu

Ren’s outfit is a tasteful mix of angel, straightjacket and doctor. Like I pointed out earlier, the dark ribbon could go but it’s okay either way.  The flowers and the halo make for subtle symbolism, especially when one knows the meaning of those flowers. She looks worried, as if ‘I want to help too’, or something. Her outfit is put apart a little to show a bit more of her legs, but it’s tasteful due to her black skirt - that skirt really saves that card.

Aimi Eri

If we never search up her artist, she is fine design-wise. I like her wink in her four star art; it reminds me of Jake’s double pistols and a wink. Also, that she’s aiming at you is fun. The effect beams draw attention to it as well.

Haregi Sayaka

I like the musical references in her transformation scene and in her outfit. Her brush is well designed and she’s actually blushing a little when looking at the camera in her five star art. The sakura pink is a nice contrast to her own colors.

Ashley Taylor

Putting the ugly bears aside, Ashley has a great design. The cartoonish effect beams are nice, and she’s pointing at the camera as if yelling ‘Objection’, haha. I initially thought she was sitting but turns out she’s just standing as if she just got up from being attacked and is now commanding her bears to counterattack.

Electric Sheep | Hideo | Re: Keiichi, Jo, Tomomi, Dororou, Yoshiko

This is all a lot to take in. Even considering the parts of investigations that he'd been present for, and the thorough recap that Jo thankfully provides, Hideo feels like they're all no closer to an answer than they were before. Androids, transference, microchips, Shirosai, Hime-chan... the entire Akedo incident had happened when he was a child, and unlike some people Hideo had no desire to look into details of tragedies, quite the contrary, so everything just feels like more and more information is getting piled on without any of it being familiar.

Well, except for one thing.

"It seems like... we're all still trying to figure out if Kojima-san is even involved or not but... we already know he is, don't we?" Hideo speaks up, finally, a hint of a tremor in his tone. It's taking a lot of effort to try and keep his thoughts and emotions straight, to actually move on, but he's doing his best. He doesn't want to be a useless bystander again.

"All these things... his name keeps coming up in so many different places. In the newspaper articles, as the person who inherited this place, all of this stuff just... keeps coming back to Keiichi Kojima. And everything else, all this stuff about androids... Is there... even one thing that could actually point at anyone else? Even that company that Jo talked about before... KKVEIACOM Labs... KK... Keiichi Kojima. If the mastermind is connected to someone in our class, or... is someone in our class... there's really... no one else that's implicated." It's obvious that Hideo isn't happy about saying this, his tone is soft and bordering on apologetic, and he keeps glancing towards Keiichi and then around the rest of the room towards the others - notably avoiding looking at a certain delivery girl.

"I think that... everyone should share the questions they got. Mine was... H-How many students have been murdered in this city? I answered nine. Um, also... anyone who had any contact with the person through the PDAs, if you could say what they talked about...? Didn't Seishiro-san also talk to them? Even if it doesn't seem like they said anything important, maybe if we piece together everything then there could be... something there. I don't know. I'm trying to understand everything but a lot of this just... doesn't make much sense. It sounds impossible or bizarre or really unclear, the only thing that really... stands out to me is how it all comes back to Kojima-san, and we don't know why. Even he doesn't know why, or that's... what he says..."

He takes a deep breath, looking down at his hands where they're still gripping his podium. They can't afford to get this wrong, but time is running out and no one seems to know the answer.

"EIAC24... what does that... actually stand for? If we could figure that out, it might answer something. I mean, the bot designations are all acronyms, right? Ah, sorry I... in Heloise's journal she had information about the bots written down... like Muffin-san is BMFAU1... which stands for Bio-Medical First Aid Unit. So it's possible that EIAC24 actually... means something like that. Is that Kojima-san...? Is there any way to tell? I just... maybe Jo is right, maybe the mastermind is... Kozue or whoever created Kojima-san, but... then why put him in here with us? And why does everything have Keiichi's name on it? If Kojima-san... is the result of a successful transference, then who is he a transference of? There were already multiple Keiichi Kojimas in those newspapers, so was it one of them? But if that's the case why wouldn't he remember? And if he's not, if he was always an android... if they all were... then a lot of his memories... must have been just programmed into him... maybe even all of them. None of this makes any sense... it all sounds unbelievable and I don't know how any of it even works. I still have so many questions. If the mastermind completed a successful transference before, if it was possible and they knew how to do it, why did Ishiguro-san's fail? How are we supposed to figure all of this out? Who are we supposed to vote for? I don't... I don't understand..."
