The monthly fee you pay will go up as your revenue rises.

You are able to avoid that extra fee from Shopify by selecting Shopify Pay as your payment option. One area where Shopify has got the advantage is its point-of-sale option. This permits one to complete in-person sales throughout your web store, something that can help you manage inventory in the event that you regularly meet customers in person. Just one for the two shopping cart platforms offers fulfillment as a built-in feature. The Shopify Fulfillment Network suggests what fulfillment center you should ship your products to, based on where your orders are coming from, notifies you when inventory is running low, and offers a custom packing option. You manage everything except the pick and pull from your own admin dashboard. Shopify charges storage fees, predicated on square footage of space found in their warehouse, and a transaction fee that is per-item. Needless to say, you may want to elect to make use of a fulfillment service that is third-party. While BigCommerce integrates with nearly two dozen third-party fulfillment services, it doesn't offer an option that is in-house. Some fulfillment services charge monthly fees as well as others by the item. If using a fulfillment service is one of the eCommerce goals, you’ll need certainly to do more research of this type. For most of us, pricing is an essential consideration when choosing a shopping cart. Both BigCommerce and Shopify offer relatively plans that are cost-effective. They also both provide free, no-credit-card-required trial periods (15 days for BigCommerce; 14 days for Shopify) and don’t charge for setting up or canceling plans. You won’t need to pull your credit card out before the trial period ends. Each shopping cart platform offered pricing that is tiered. Prices shown are billed annually; monthly rates can be found and will be slightly higher. You are able to choose monthly, rather than agree to a full year, if you want more time to check the website after the free trial period is up. Lite: $9/month- Embeddable cart, enabled face-to-face purchases, and a buy button you can include to social networking pages, but no standalone store website. On both platforms, each step up in plan grants users more features and admin accounts. But each platform has a difference that is key the other. Because the prices on each are virtually identical, you’ll need certainly to pick your poison in terms of these drawbacks. On BigCommerce, each plan is sold with a sales limit. The monthly fee you pay will go up as your revenue rises. On Shopify, you’ll pay transaction fees which range from 0.5% to 2% of each sale you make. Fortunately, if you choose (and are usually eligible) to use Shopify’s payment that is in-house, Shopify Payments, you’re exempt with this extra commission per sale.

6 Which Has the Better Design
The great news is that both services are competitively priced overall, offering unlimited online storage, bandwidth, and products on all plans. As long as you recognize one of the keys differences, you truly can’t get wrong into the price department. BigCommerce and Shopify each offer easy-to-use admins. As you choose a theme, change settings, and load products and images if you’ve posted to a WordPress blog or sold on Etsy in the past, you’re not going to have much trouble on either platform. Both also extend a helping hand via phone support, forums, a knowledge base, video tutorials, and more if you find yourself looking for assistance with the setup. BigCommerce offers a admin that is user-friendly that makes it simple to execute tasks necessary to get the store operational. Since BigCommerce delivers more functionality that is out-of-the-box Shopify, you’ll have for more information elements in order to navigate the backend. Whenever you log in to Shopify, you’ll find one of the cleanest user interfaces on the market. Everything you’re looking for is easily available in the sidebar towards the left. It’s very easy to add products, create discounts, and edit your site’s content via smart WYSIWYG (what the truth is is exactly what you receive) editing tools. The simple truth is, BigCommerce and Shopify both provide the features, navigation, and usability you anticipate from a top-ranking shopping cart software solution. Shopify may eke out an incredibly narrow win here, however, since it’s a less complicated out-of-the-box program for most beginners. At the end associated with your choice will depend entirely on personal preference day. You’ll just have to try out both to see which is more intuitive for you. Try out BigCommerce’s and Shopify’s ease of use by signing up for free trials of each platform. Both carts offer a good amount of assistance in the form of 24/7 support via phone, email, and live chat - which can be already more than many eCommerce solutions can claim. BigCommerce maintains a forum that is helpful resource center, and knowledgebase. Whilst in the past there have been complaints about BigCommerce’s customer support, current reviewers report a much more experience that is positive. In fact, more than half regarding the reviewers rate the platform as Great or Excellent. Some reading user reviews declare that BigCommerce provides the support that is best they’ve ever received comparing it favorably by name to competitors. Shopify’s published support materials are equally impressive and can include a forum, blog, and knowledgebase. Users are divided within their opinions of Shopify’s support. The majority of recent complaints involve chargebacks, an activity where customers contest a charge and request a refund.
Shopify’s customer support team seems to be attentive to those complaints, even when users are not at all times pleased with the answers they receive based on the terms of service they consented to. On balance, most users seem adequately pleased with the platform they choose. Again, the free trial period presents a good opportunity to test the company’s responsiveness and help resources. We spent hours examining user feedback about Shopify and BigCommerce, and inspite of the inevitable negative reviews for both platforms, they each score very well overall across multiple review sites. As you can see, BigCommerce ranks just slightly behind Shopify in three key areas: simplicity of use, quality of support, and ease of setup. You can see that in the scheme that is grand both platforms are top-notch. Still, Shopify has an edge over BigCommerce in user satisfaction. For Shopify, the most common accolade is for ease-of-use. We agree -the UI really can’t get alot more straightforward. Numerous others like the stellar themes, vast app store, and 24/7 support. Meanwhile, Shopify complaints have a tendency to center round the expense of add-ons to obtain features that are advanced or the cart’s transaction fees (remember: those fees are waived if you are using Shopify Payments). BigCommerce merchants report satisfaction utilizing the cart’s lack of extra transaction fees, in addition to its robust feature set out-of-the-box. I’ve often read specific praise for the strong SEO tools, built-in marketing features, the capacity to create and manage numerous product variants, and one-page checkout. Even though many customers report that BigCommerce is easy to use, you’ll also find more feedback that points to an intimidating curve that is learning complete beginners. When I read complaints in regards to the need for a developer, however, i enjoy remember that it’s possible that users are attempting to accomplish more technical functions with BigCommerce. On top of that, customers sometimes complain about a lack of layout control for templates, which makes sense considering there’s no native drag-and-drop tool. While you research BigCommerce, you may even come across some complaints about the pricing structure change that happened many years ago. Remember that while these complaints are totally valid, they have been voiced by a minority and are usually falling further into the past. BigCommerce offers 1,074 helpful and smart integrations, in 20 categories ranging from accounting to B2B/wholesale to product sourcing and everything in between. Which includes big names like MailChimp, Quickbooks Online, and Facebook ad extensions as well as smaller but still useful players. Still, in comparison to Shopify’s 2,693 apps, BigCommerce takes second place. Bear in mind, however, that BigCommerce comes with additional extras from the box that Shopify may charge a fee to download.

Hostinger Review, Free Premium Theme Offer on Purchase
Hostinger is one of the most well-known web hosting companie. They are known for their low price and great performance. In this hostinger review, you should know everything before you buy web hosting from Hostinger. And see our amazing offer and hostinger coupon code at the end of the post.
Web Hosting Price Review
Let's get into the biggest selling point of Hostinger web hosting, their Price segment. They are by far the cheapest hosting provider out there, with plans starting at just $0.99. So for a 4-year web hosting plan, you only need to pay $43. With the available hostinger coupon code, it's getting cheaper.
But the question is: what are the differences between different price plans? You should know your requirements first. In my opinion, their starter plan of $0.99 is ideal for a portfolio site, a very small business, or anywhere something gets a small amount of user traffic once in a while. With $43, you can keep your website running for four years.
In general, Business Shared Hosting will be the best choice over the $2.59 Premium Shared Hosting plan because we have to add more than $1.40 to Business Shared Hosting and you will get 15%–20% better performance and daily backups worth $1 per month. It will be a better value for your money.
Cloud Hosting Price Review
Finally, the cloud hosting plan offers top-of-the-line performance. It is ideal for websites that have some serious traffic. It will cost you around $340 for 4 years according to their starter plan.
The reason is so expensive because it uses a different technology and you won't be sharing resources with other users on the server. You will have your own separate space, So it's faster more reliable, and more secure in general.
User-Friendly CPanel Interface
The Hostinger user interface is quite fast and simple to navigate for users. For example, You can create a website from scratch. By clicking on Manage on Dashboard, then navigating to Auto-Installers, choosing one of the options like WordPress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal, and hundreds of much more frameworks.
It is easy to configure and install, and after some seconds BOOM, your website is online on the internet, and you can work on the design, content, and stuff like that.
Pretty much everything you need is located in the Hostinger Control Panel. For example, you can also create a custom email address by navigating to the Email section and in seconds you will have a custom email address using your website name.
And of course, you still have all the standard features like File Manager, Database Manager, and the new Website Dashboard function where you can manage your website plugins, backups, speed, and security, or activate a maintenance mode.
Performance
Obviously, a review wouldn't be a review. if I didn't show you the performance side of things. Hostinger guarantees an uptime of 99.9%, which isn't bad, especially for the price. However, you can find other options in the market that offer an uptime of 99.97%.
On the other hand, they do offer fast loading speeds. They use different technologies like SSDs, PHP 7, and LiteSpeed to improve their servers, which take half the time to respond as compared to the market average.
So it's safe to say that hosting is in the upper bracket of hosting services in terms of speed.
Security
Security is super important for business websites. In particular, hosting services should provide the tools to make sure that information is kept safe.
Hostinger offers a lifetime SSL certificate for free with all three of their plans. In simpler words, this encrypts data that is sent over the internet so a third party can't access it.
Hostinger also gives the option to upgrade to even better security A Comodo SSL certificate is the more suitable option for eCommerce websites. This allows customers to freely input their private information if they want to make sure that your website doesn't fall prey to DDoS attacks.
You can sign up for Cloudflare as well to add a little bit more to security. Hostinger also uses two-factor authentication to make sure that a website is being accessed by its owner.
Hostinger Customer Support
Anyone can get stuck while setting up a website which is why an effective support system needs to be in place.
Hostinger offers a Knowledge Center filled with an impressive number of articles grouped by category and covers nearly every aspect of setting up a website. You'll even find detailed tutorials and advice for issues like error messages.
The support team can also be contacted through email support tickets and live chat that's available 24/7.
Their team is also multilingual, which is remarkable. One thing that's missing is phone support, which could have offered quicker responses. The response time through live chat can also vary, which means you can still sometimes be forced to look through the knowledge center, but when the representatives do reply they're helpful more often than not.
Hostinger Review In Conclusion
So that is a wrap for our comprehensive review on the hostinger review topic of hosting overall. Hostinger web hosting is a great web host for beginners and experts.
Alike their support team is outstanding and will guide you if you have any problems with your site.
They've got excellent features and their introductory prices are amongst the lowest in the market.
It's a win-win for pretty much every department but the ultimate choice depends on your particular requirements.

How Trends of Migration and United States Legislation Lead to Ethiopian Commerce and Culture in the Bay Area by Jamie Keegan
The San Francisco Bay Area is a fast-moving place. The San Francisco Bay Area is also a place that starts to bustle and begins to run early in the morning, every day. These types of conditions provide for an environment where a certain caffeinated substance is needed and regarded with high importance. That magical brew? Coffee. More specifically, gourmet coffee from Ethiopia. The perfect place to get an Ethiopian cup of joe? Look no further than Anfilo in Oakland’s Uptown Entertainment District owned by Ethiopian immigrants, Mr. Ambessaw Assegued and Ms. Dagmawit Tesfaye. Mr. Ambessaw Assegued is a biologist who graduated from Cal Poly and specializes in importing high quality Ethiopian wild forest coffee for patrons at Anfilo to indulge in. However, you can also get Ethiopian coffee at restaurants and cafes like Oasis cafe near Alamo Square, or Tadu Ethiopian Kitchen which has two locations, one in Mission Bay, and the other in the Tenderloin. However, Ethiopian immigrants in the Bay Area aren’t just cultivating high-quality sources of caffeine and good food, they’re also influencing music and popular culture. Take singer-songwriter Meklit Hadero, who lives in San Francisco for example. Meklit Hadero was born in Ethiopia but immigrated to the United States when she was a baby with her parents where she would go on to get a politics degree from Yale and go on to do things such as record successful Ethiopian jazz infused albums, in addition to giving Ted Talks that would rack up hundreds of thousands of views on Youtube.
(Anfilo Coffee logo taken from their website)
Although it may not be abundantly clear to the naked eye, there is certainly a presence of Ethiopian immigrants within the San Francisco Bay Area who are affecting culture and commerce. However more interesting is, when did these Ethiopian Immigrants migrate to the Bay Area, and to the United States in general? Why did they migrate to the United States in the first place? And how many Ethiopian migrants live in the Bay Area? The first two questions have much more straightforward answers about the general time period and why Ethiopian immigrants migrated to the United States: the democratic transition of Ethiopia's government from the late 70’s to around 1991 and the 1980 Refugee Act. In regards to answering how many Ethiopian immigrants live in the San Francisco Bay Area, there isn’t sufficient evidence to give a specific number, only a ballpark estimate.
During the mid 70’s Ethiopia was the battleground for political wars eventually succumbing to Marxist military leadership headed by Mengista Haile Mariam from 1977-1991. Under a socialist party formed in 1984, the tyrant Mengista Haile Mariam was the catalyst for Ethiopia being induced to an oppressive and totalitarian regime that continued until civil war broke out in 1991 which would also involve Eritrea seceding and forming their own independent country. These dangerous conditions in Ethiopia spurred on Ethiopians to flee the country as refugees. In fact, Meklit Hadero’s parents fled Ethiopia as refugees to escape the chaos in this specific manner. Meklit Hadero details this when she says,“‘My parents wanted me to have guarantees in life, because they came from a time in Ethiopian culture that was very uncertain [Ethiopia’s democratic transition in the early 1990s]…”” (El Beih).

(Meklit Hadero pictured with some of her recent accolades, taken from her website)
The 1980 Refugee Act facilitated the ability of African migrants, specifically Ethiopian African migrants to come to the United States in large waves. This was because of the 1980 Refugee Act allowing for specific numbers of African migrants to come to the United States as refugees which initially permitted as many as 1,500 in 1980 which rose to 7,000 in 1995. During that time period, it is estimated that in 1991, around the time of the democratic transition of Ethiopia hitting its crescendo that there were already in between 50,000 to 75,000 Ethiopians living in the United States. In addition to the new specifications of definitions for things such as what is a refugee, asylum, resettlement elsewhere, numerical limitations, refugee procedures, parole, and resettlement assistance, the critical factor in relation to there being so many Ethiopians in the Bay Area was truly down to the new permittance of accepting African refugees in the bill. Another factor in the admittance of many Ethiopian refugees was their education level. Many of the Ethiopian refugees admitted were Amharic-speaking Ethiopians who happened to typically have the highest levels of education for the overall Ethiopian population which fit the criteria of the 1980 Refugee Act.
It would be inaccurate to say that every Ethiopian migrant living in the San Francisco Bay Area is a refugee that came to the United States during Ethiopia’s Marxist military regime of the late ’70s to the early ’90s and the democratic transition that took place shortly after, however, the historical trends suggest that it is in fact likely. Take Nebiat Tesfazgi, the co-owner of Club Waziema, an Ethiopian bar on Divisadero who fled Ethiopia during the civil war period from the late ’70s to early 90s. Although it would be impossible to accurately say from qualitative data of several Ethiopian business owners and artists in the Bay Area like Meklit Hadero, Nebiat Tesfazgi, and Mr. Ambessaw Assegued that the reason for enclaves of Ethiopian commerce and culture present in the Bay Area is down to the admittance of African refugees through the Refugee Act of 1980 and the fact that civil war that broke out in Ethiopia slightly before the passing of the 1980 Refugee Act, it is more than likely that these two events were the driving factors in why the San Francisco Bay Area has high-quality Ethiopian coffee.
As it is clear that there is a community of Ethiopian immigrants living in the San Francisco Bay Area, just how many are there to be exact? As mentioned before, the data is not completely conclusive. An East Bay Times article from 2009 quoted a number of 7,500 Ethiopians living in the 9 counties compromising the Bay Area sourcing their evidence to the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey for 2005-2007. Furthermore, there is data from a website called City-Data which details three cities in Northern California that have at least 1% of their population as being Ethiopian. Although the towns, Angwin, Saranap, and Inverness all have populations of roughly less than 5,000 people in total. However, this does provide for further evidence that there are in fact groups of Ethiopians living in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Overall, the San Francisco Bay Area now reaps the benefits of Ethiopian culture and commerce due to the impact of the 1980 Refugee Act and the political turmoil that ripped through Ethiopia during the last quarter of the 20th century causing a wave of Ethiopian migrants to come to Northern California, and the United States at large.

5 Best Practices for Writing Better Code
Naming conventions In computer programming, a naming convention is a set of rules for choosing the character sequence to be use for identifiers that denote variables, types, functions, and other entities in source code and documentation. Three Types of naming conventions are: - Camel case - Pascal case - UnderScores Commenting In computer programming, a comment is a programmer-readable explanation or annotation in the source code for a computer program. We all think our code makes sense, especially if it works but someone else might not to combat this, we all need to get better at source code commenting. Indentation There are no criteria of following any indentation. The best method is a consistent style. Once you start competing in large projects you will immediately understand the importance of consistent code styling. Follow DRY principle DRY- Don't Repeat Yourself It should not repeat the same piece of code over and over again. How to achieve DRY? To avoid violating this principle, break your system into pieces. Dissect your code and logic. Break them into smaller reusable units. Don't write lengthy methods. Try to divide the logic and use the existing peace in your method. Follow KIS principle KIS- Keep It Simple After all, programming languages are for humans to understand, computers can only understand 0 and 1. So, keep coding simple and straightforward. How to achieve KIS? To avoid violating this principle, Try to write simple code. Think of many solutions for your problem then choose the best simplest one and transform that into your code. Whenever programmers face lengthy code, convert it into multiple methods, right-click and reactor in the editor. Try to write small blocks of code that do a single task. Understanding App Monetization
The market is saturated with free apps, which has made it difficult to make revenue from selling apps. But your app can still be a very reliable income source. Researchers are predicting that combined global mobile app revenue for 2020 will reach $200 billion.
There are a number of different ways to monetize your app.
Here are some examples:
free and premium versions
advertising
in-app purchases
licensing your code to other developers
selling your app in marketplaces like CodeCanyon
using sign-up data to do SMS marketing and email marketing
subscriptions
What Is an App Template?
If you have an idea for an app but you have no coding knowledge, don’t be discouraged. There are developers that build mobile app templates that you can buy and customize and make them into your own app.
If you are a developer, instead of starting from scratch, an app template can be your starting point.
An app template is a pre-built application that has a lot of the core functionality already provided for you. The next step is for you to customize it to create the final app you want.

App Templates for Monetization
If you want to make money out of your app, some mobile app templates come with Google AdMob app monetization platform already integrated into them. You can start making money with your app from the time it launches.
What Is Google AdMob?
AdMob is an app monetization platform by Google. Developers have been using the AdMob advertising system to monetize their apps while still making them available for free.
There are many online platforms and networks for hosting mobile ads, but Google AdMob is one of the most popular.
What Does a Monetization App Template Do?
It comes with built-in AdMob functionality that allows you to monetize your app. In this case, you begin making advertising revenue by showing ads on your app.
Why Should You Use a Monetization App Template?
With a template, you don’t have to start building your app from scratch. You can start from an already built foundation. AdMob is already set up for you.
Let’s take a brief look at one of the most popular ways of monetizing apps: in-app advertising.
In-App Advertising
Digital advertising is the dominant form of online marketing. Advertisers realize mobile apps are the best way to reach consumers because people spend a lot of time on mobile apps and people prefer free apps. The catch for free apps is ads. Many developers offer their apps for free and use in-app advertising as a source of revenue.
The seven most common ad formats used in apps include:
interstitial ads: also known as full-screen ads, they display across a screen after the app loads or closes or in the transition between screens
banner ads: these display at the top or bottom of the screen with text and graphics
native ads: these don’t look like ads, but instead they integrate seamlessly into the app and appear as if they are part of the content of the app
video ads
notification ads: deliver ads to the notification area of the user's mobile device
capture forms: an opt-in form where users can enter their email addresses for newsletters
interactive ads
When you decide to monetize your app by incorporating ads, these are some things you should consider:
Do the ads enhance or interrupt the experience of your app users?
If you decide to run ads in your app, how can you make your users' experiences meaningful?
What advertisers do you want to associate your business or app with?
Do the ads reflect your brand? Are they tied to what your business does?
Too many ads on your mobile app may drive away users.
Too many ads may also hinder the functionality of your app.
Since these factors can adversely affect your app income, it is important to find the right balance.

This role is primarily client-facing with support issues being handled by email, phone and screen sharing.
About Us:
The Modern Firm, LLC is a branding, website design and online marketing agency for solo and small firm attorneys throughout the US. In business for nearly 20 years, we have worked with 1000+ law firms in nearly every state (still holding out for Hawaii and Rhode Island) and have a dedicated and creative team of 10, mostly remote, employees and another 10+ regular contractors. About Our Clients:
We work with small law firms throughout the United States. The majority of our clients are solo to five-attorney firms. We go to great lengths to screen new clients and ensure that their needs and expectations are an overall good fit for our services and approach. Most of our clients are successful and established and are looking for a website to validate, enhance and further grow their practice. They are also typically overwhelmed with both being a lawyer and running a law firm. This is where we come in. When we are at our best we are essentially serving as their outsourced web and online marketing department, taking nearly everything related to their online presence off of their plate and onto ours. About The Job:
As stated above, this position has four primary components. Here is expanded information on each:
Assisting clients with website support requests: When our clients would like to update their website they typically email the request to us. All requests are tracked in our helpdesk software. The people in this role must be able accurately understand, discuss, clarify and see requests through to completion while taking up minimal time from the client. Requests range from straightforward content updates, to installing plugins, making design changes, migrating hosting, updating photos, etc. Essentially all of the day-to-day things that come up with owning a website. You’ll also be delivering basic training to clients (when they request it), teaching them how to log into their website to publish new material and make basic edits.
Proactive website care: Something that sets our company apart is that we don’t sit back and wait for problems or client requests. We have a system set up to automatically prompt us to audit client websites to see if there are issues we should be fixing or bringing to their attention. We find this greatly enhances our relationship with the client and leads to many opportunities for up-selling services, or simply letting them know when things are getting stale. Typical issues we look for are blogs that haven’t been updated, date and experience references that are old, contact forms that are not working, broken links, and outdated content.
Assisting our website development team: Our development team is highly focused on the branding, messaging, design and initial programming of the website. As the website gets closer to completion, assistance is needed from the support team for minor CSS and programming tweaks and changes to the website theme. A support team member will also launch the website, so this involves tracking down domain names, making DNS changes and getting the website live on our servers (or the client’s 3rd party host).
Internal projects: During moments of down-time, we always have several in-house projects going on that can use a helping hand. Most frequently these projects will involve creating internal documentation for our processes, drafting FAQs or an instructional guide for our website, updating client records and other important but less time sensitive items than direct client service.

Redireccionamiento a www. https redirect.

Best WordPress hosting 2019

Best WordPress hosting 2019
Getting started with WordPress website hosting doesn't have to be expensive after all the 15-year old WordPress is free (and open source). Even the cheapest shared hosting plan usually comes with a one-click WordPress installer, allowing the greenest of blogging newbies to have their first post ready in less than 60 seconds (we tried it). Managing a blog over time is much more challenging, though. You'll need to find your own themes and plugins. And also keep them, and WordPress itself, up-to-date (although you can even get that done automatically). Blogs are often targeted by malware, so it's important you have some way to detect and remove any threats, and you'll want regular backups to help get a broken blog working again. There's a long list of hosting companies offering WordPress plans, but we've picked out five of the best to point you in the right direction. Whether you're a first-time user or a big business, there's something for you here, and with prices starting at around a pound per month, it's well worth taking the time to find out more. These are the best WordPress hosting services of 2019

Image Credit: Bluehost Budget WordPress hosting can have a lot of appeals, but it usually won't deliver the features, performance or reliability that high traffic sites need. If you're the demanding type, opting for a premium hosting plan will give you much better results. Bluehost has created its own VPS-based architecture to deliver optimum WordPress performance via NGINX, a custom PHP-FPM setup and intelligently allocated resources through KVM hypervisor. (If you're not a hosting geek, this just means Bluehost has taken the time to optimize the low-level setup of its platform for WordPress, rather than simply making do with a standard configuration.) The company doesn't waste time by pretending to offer ‘unlimited’ resources, and instead tells you exactly what you're going to get. For the Basic plan which starts at $2.95 per month for the first term (renews at $7.99), this means 50GB SSD storage, a single website, a free domain for one year and $50 Marketing Credit. Additional features for all plans include free SSL, unmetered MySQL DB, site analytics dashboard, unlimited parked/sub domains and the ability to manage multiple sites with the excellent ManageWP. New Bluehost accounts will also get a free service called Blue Spark, which is designed to help newcomers with everything WordPress related. The Plus plan which starts at $5.45 per month for the first term (renews at $10.99), adds unlimited websites and website space, and additional features like spam protection, free CDN and WP staging environment. The Choice Plus plan costs $5.45 per month for the first term (renews at $14.99) and adds even more features. Bluehost also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if you feel the service doesn't deliver. If you need more power, BlueHost has a managed hosting solution called WordPress Pro that has been optimized for WordPress websites, with prices starting at $19.95 per month. These plans have many additional features like unlimited everything, malware detection and removal, JetPack site analytics, business review tools and more.

Image Credit: Tsohost Managed WordPress packages can often feel overpriced. Many hosts charge significant premiums for impressive sounding claims – optimized servers, malware scanning – that are difficult to evaluate or confirm. The UK-based Tsohost isn't interested in any of that, instead of focusing on providing the core WordPress essentials at a very fair price. The baseline Startup plan gives you a free domain name, will migrate your existing site, includes Let's Encrypt SSL support and has no limits on bandwidth. You get daily backups and can restore any of the last 30 days with a click. There's 24/7 support via ticket and email, and phone and live chat is available from 7 am to midnight. You get a hundred 200MB mailboxes, and the plan restricts you to 15GB storage and 100,000 page views a month. If that's enough for you, the plan costs ~$4.15(£3.16) a month paid annually, or ~$3.8(£2.92) if you pay for two years upfront. If that's just too underpowered, opting for the Business plan gets you 50GB of storage, 100x1GB mailboxes, and up to 500,000 page views over a maximum of eight websites. That's significantly more capable, yet still very reasonably priced at ~$11.50(£8.78) a month, ~$9.62(£7.33) a month paid annually or ~$8.65(£6.59) a month paid biennially. The ~$31.50(£23.98) a month (~$26.20 a month paid annually or ~$23.60 a month paid biennially) eCommerce plan supports 100GB storage, 1,000,000 page views and unlimited 10GB mailboxes. Tsohost doesn't offer all the frills and extras you'll get with some products. There's no talk of SiteLock malware protection, optimized WordPress add-ons or a custom CDN. But it's hard to complain at this price, and Tsohost is still delivering a capable service with more than enough power for smaller sites.

Image Credit: Inmotion Hosting Most web hosts offer only a few WordPress plans, and even these might be set up to point you in a particular direction. You'll often see an underpowered plan, an overpriced one, and a special deal on the mid-range plan they really want you to buy. That makes it easy to decide, but it also limits your upgrade options if your site grows over time. InMotion Hosting is unusual in offering six WordPress plans, covering everything from small personal blogs to resellers and big business. Figuring out which is the best product for you will take a little more thought, but at least there's room to upgrade – or downgrade – if your circumstances change. Better still, InMotion hasn't artificially limited the low-end plans by removing key features. Even the baseline WP-1000S plan – which costs $6.99 (£5.3) a month initially (1-year plan), $9.99 (£7.70) on renewal – gives you 40GB storage, unlimited bandwidth and email addresses, preinstalled WordPress, SSL, backups, automatic updates, SiteLock security, cPanel site management, and extras like BoldGrid and WP-CLI. The only significant issue is InMotion's suggestion that the plan works best for blogs with up to 20,000 monthly visits, and even that won't be a problem for many smaller sites. Upgrading your plan gets you some extras – premium themes and plugin subscriptions, a dedicated IP address, support for hosting more sites – but it's mostly about giving you more resources. For example, the top-of-the-range WP-6000S plan supports 1,200,000 monthly visitors across up to 20 sites for $114.99 (£87.6) a month initially (1-year plan), $142.99 (£110) on renewal. There are cheaper deals around, but in previous reviews, we've found InMotion to be reliable, professional and honest, and any price premium is likely to be worth paying. You don't have to take our word for it, though – an exceptional 90-day money-back guarantee gives you plenty of opportunities to find out for yourself.

Image Credit: 1&1 IONOS Web giant 1&1 IONOS seems to have a hosting product for every possible need, and WordPress is no exception. Novice users can try out its service for a nominal $1(£0.75) a month over the first six months ($9 or £6.90 afterward), yet the plan still outperforms many competitors. The bundled 25GB of storage means you won't be running out of space in a hurry, for example. There are no bandwidth or visitor limits, and you can set up as many email accounts as you need. 1&1 IONOS offers the core WordPress management functions that you would expect: a setup wizard, preinstalled plugins, automatic updates and 24/7 support (including by telephone). Also, you get a personal consultant free of charge. All this is built on a capable platform – NGINX, PHP 7.2, OPcache, up to 2GB RAM guaranteed – to enhance your blog's performance. There's SSL included and even a free domain thrown in, which is ridiculously good value at this price. If you're a WordPress novice, it might be worth taking out the plan for an initial year, claiming your free domain and taking the time to learn how the blog works. When you time is up, renew if you're happy, or if you're not, use your knowledge and experience to find a better plan. 1&1 IONOS isn't just about newbies, though: there's value for more demanding users, too. In particular, the Pro plan gives you 5 managed Wordpress sites, 200GB SSD storage space, 50 databases (1GB max), and 500 email accounts. Bonus features include a CDN and SiteLock malware scanning, as well as RailGun content delivery network, and the price looks good at $1(£0.75) a month for the first six months, $15(£11.50) on renewal.

Image Credit: HostGator Choosing the best WordPress hosting package can seem like a complicated business, with a stack of low-level details and issues to consider. But it doesn't have to be that way. If you don't have special requirements then opting for a reliable web hosting company will get you capable mid-range products that can handle everything most users need. HostGator generally delivers powerful hosting plans for a fair price, and its managed WordPress range is no exception. Its Starter product may only cost $5.95 (£4.25) for three years, $9.95 (£7.10) afterward, but you still get a free site migration, an SSL certificate, automatic malware detection and removal, unlimited email addresses and unmetered storage and bandwidth, and it can handle up to 100,000 visits a month. Ramping up to the high-end Business plan gets you more CPU power, support for up to three sites and 500,000 visits a month, yet still costs only $9.95 (£7.10) a month initially (first three years), $22.95 (£16.40) a month afterwards. Smart caching and a CDN are on hand to enhance your website's performance, 24/7 support helps keep your site up and running, and surprise bonus features include free domain privacy to protect from identity theft and reduce annoying spam. We've had good experiences with HostGator's service, but if you're not so lucky, there's a generous 45-day money-back guarantee. As with other hosting companies, this won't cover any domain registration fees, but it's still a better deal than you'll often find elsewhere.
