How to Prepare for FAANG & Product-Based Companies in India

If youâre aiming for a career with top-tier companies like FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google) or other product-based firms in India, youâre on an exciting path. These companies offer great opportunities, and with the right preparation, you can land a role that sets you up for success. Iâve been looking into this, and Iâd love to guide you with some practical steps you can trust.
Why Target FAANG and Product-Based Companies?
FAANG and similar firms are known for innovation and strong pay. In India, they hire thousands of engineers yearly, especially in tech hubs like Bangalore and Hyderabad. A 2023 report from Naukri.com shows that FAANG jobs in India offer starting salaries between âš15-25 lakhs per year, with growth to âš50 lakhs or more as you gain experience. Product-based companies like Zomato or Swiggy also provide creative roles, with salaries starting around âš8-12 lakhs, per Glassdoor data from 2024.
These jobs let you work on cutting-edge projectsâthink AI tools or e-commerce platforms. For computer science students, itâs a chance to grow skills and build a career that stands out. The demand is high, with over 10,000 tech roles posted monthly on LinkedIn in 2023, making it a solid goal to aim for.
Key Skills to Focus On
To get noticed, youâll need a mix of technical and soft skills. Start with codingâpractice languages like Python, Java, or C++ on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank. Data structures and algorithms are a must; FAANG interviews often test these with problems like sorting or graph traversal. A 2022 study from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay found that 70% of successful candidates mastered these basics.
Problem-solving and communication matter too. Companies value team players who can explain their ideas. Internships or projects can helpâtry building a small app or contributing to open-source code on GitHub. Iâve heard NMIET in Bhubaneswar offers labs where students work on such projects, and with ties to companies like Cognizant and IBM, itâs a place that comes to mind for practical training. Ranked #248 by Collegedunia for 2025 with a 3.4/5 rating on Shiksha, it shows promise.
How to Prepare Step-by-Step
Letâs break it down. First, assess your current skills. Take online tests to spot weak areasâcoding or system design, for example. Then, create a study plan. Spend 2-3 hours daily on coding practice, using resources like GeeksforGeeks, which offers free tutorials tailored for interviews.
Next, build a portfolio. Showcase projects on GitHub or a personal website. A 2023 Internshala report notes that candidates with portfolios are 30% more likely to get interviews. Mock interviews are key tooâsites like InterviewBit let you practice with peers or experts.
Finally, apply early. FAANG recruitment starts 6-12 months before graduation. Check company websites or job portals like Naukri.com. If youâre at the best engineering colleges in Orissa, ask your placement cell for supportâthey often host drives with these firms.
Tips for the Interview Process
Interviews can feel intense, but theyâre manageable. Expect coding rounds, where youâll solve 2-3 problems in 60 minutes. System design questions might come up for senior rolesâthink about scaling a social media app. A 2024 Glassdoor survey shows 60% of candidates fail due to poor preparation, so practice is your friend.
Behavioral questions test your fitâbe ready to share examples of teamwork or challenges youâve overcome. Dress smartly and research the company beforehand. Iâve seen students benefit from college workshops, and places like NMIET in Bhubaneswar have sessions that prep you for this, with over 400 companies visiting for 3,500+ roles in 2024.
Opportunities and Growth
The payoff is worth it. FAANG offers global exposure, with some engineers moving to offices in the US or Europe. Product-based firms in India, like Flipkart, provide roles in product management or development, with growth to âš20-30 lakhs in 5 years, per Naukri.com data. Internships are a great entryâAmazon and Google offer summer programs with stipends of âš50,000-âš1 lakh.
You could start in testing or support roles and move up. A 2023 LinkedIn report highlights that 25% of tech hires in India come from internships, so donât overlook them.
Getting Started Today
Ready to begin? Start with a coding challenge todayâtry LeetCodeâs easy problems. Join college coding clubs or online forums to learn from others. If youâre considering the best engineering colleges in Orissa, look at their placement records and training programs. Itâs about finding a place that fits your goals.
Take it step by stepâdonât rush. A 2022 study from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad suggests consistent effort over 6 months boosts success rates by 40%. So, what do you think? Excited to aim for FAANG? Iâm here to help if you need more advice!

Anyhoo! This GitHub repository contains a list of tutorials that will guide you to build almost anything in web development using a range of programming language that best suits you!
Let me give you an example:
I click "Game" in the table of contents, it jumps me to the Game section. I wanna use C# so I pick a random C# game tutorial e.g. C#: Learn C# by Building a Simple RPG and it takes me to the site where someone made a whole project page with step-by-step guide to help build that game!

The Year in Arrow Fic, 2022
This is my fourth year providing some statistics on Arrow fanfiction on AO3 (see 2019, 2020, and 2021). Â
My data are based on monthly scrapes of recent unlocked fics tagged Arrow. The totals differ from a hand count of fics on AO3 because, on the one hand, my scraping tool does not capture locked fics (yet), but on the other hand, I have fics that were posted or updated in 2022 but have since been deleted.Â
Note that this year I used a third party scraper through January 30th, after which it was taken offline, and then began scraping using my own Python code as of August 26th. So, I will have missed some fics that were posted and then removed from February-August.
The 1,074 fics published in 2022 represent a 38% decrease from 2021, continuing a downward trend since the show ended.
I hand code several variables for each fic, including a 9-category relationship variable, a freeform relationship variable where I can go into more detail, and a 4-category fic type field.
By Ship:  Looking at relationship type, Olicity is the most ficced relationship of the four specific relationships I track, at 17% of all fics for the year (down from 19% in 2021). Lauriver makes of 5% of 2022 fics, down from 7% last year. Olivarry makes up 4% of 2022 fics, down from 5% last year. Dinahsiren is down from 3% to 0.65%.
I categorized 45% of 2022 fics into the âOther Arrow Shipsâ category (which includes gen), up from 42% in 2021. Fics tagged Arrow that arenât primarily about Arrow held steady at 20%, although my new category âCompletely Non-Arrowâ increased from 5% to 6%, and âNon-Arrowâ (focuses on other shows/characters but either Arrow is referenced in the summary or Arrow characters are listed in the tags) decreased from 15% to 14%. Finally, fics in a language other than English increased from 4% to 8%.
More statistics under the cut!
The âOther Arrow Shipsâ category is quite diverse--the 478 fics have 255 different entries in the freeform field. The most ficced relationship within that category is Avalance, making up about 5% of the category. As in previous years, the majority of the most ficced relationships involve Sara and/or Oliver. This is also the place for gen fic, and here Oliver-centric makes the top 10 ârelationshipsâ within Other Arrow Ships.
By Format:Â For fics tagged Arrow in 2022, 53% were multichapters (566), 41% were one-shots (441), 5% were one-shot collections (52), and 1% were single-universe collections (15). Â [That last type are fics like Pieces of Always, where the story doesnât necessarily flow from one chapter to the next, but all chapters are in the same universe.]Â Compared to 2021, there were slightly more multichapters and slightly fewer one shots (51% and 43% in 2021).
Looking at format by ship category, non-Arrow fics were least likely to be one-shots, and Dinahsiren, foreign language fics, and ânon-ficâ fics were most likely to be one-shots in 2022.
As always, grad school training demands I must offer some caveats.
I hand code category and format myself; in an academic research project, each fic would be coded by multiple coders working independently who would discuss and resolve discrepancies.  I code based on the summary and tags alone, so fics with minimal information may be categorized inaccurately.  Also, these statistics are for unlocked fics on AO3 only.  Itâs possible that locked fics and fics published on other platforms would show different patterns. (Iâve seen instructions online for how to scrape while logged in, so sometime when I have time Iâll work on that.) Itâs also possible that I have missed fics, particularly with the gap in the beginning part of the year while I was figuring out a new scraping method.
As always, I hope you found this interesting and inspiring to go out and create in 2023!

New Story - Trick or Treat
My first ever fan fic is up! Links below.

Trick or Treat by bitbybit (puttingittogether)
Summary:Â Itâs Halloween and Blaineâs favorite time of year. Little does he know that his husband has a bit of a trick and treat waiting for him when he gets home. Based off of the Klaine Creative Challenge #1/ Halloween/Costume Klaine from the Klaine 40 FB group. Prompt:Â where Kurt is in costume and ready to go out, and Blaine walks in and sees him like that. Inspired by Chris Colfer's 2021 Halloween video from Instagram and his outfit.
Alternate Universe. Rated M. Pairing: Kurt H./ Blaine A. Warnings (for those who want a little spoiler): The story does include a D_s relationship, sex and bondage (shibari). It's pretty tame though, compared to other stories of this nature that are out there. Many thanks to my dear friends for their unfailing patience and support during the writing process. Thank you to iris7124 for the beautiful artwork!

It's another gleedrabbleblog 100 word prompt!
OK, this past week's @gleedrabbleblog prompts: The word was age and the bonus word was dark.
So this may be a bit of a stretch, but it's what I thought of when I saw both words.
*********
âBring out yer dead!â Blaine wailed as he trudged along.
âHereâs one.â A really tall and utterly filthy peasant said.
âFinn!â said the body slung over his shoulder. âPut me down. Iâm not dead yet!â
âHeâs not,â said Blaine
âYes, he is,â the tall peasant said.
âIâm getting better,â Kurt cried out. âOk, put me down. I canât do this.â
âAwww, â said Finn disappointed.
âLook, I get that you both love this movie, and itâs the dark ages â but did we HAVE to get this dirty to re-enact it?â Kurt shuddered as he walked away. âI need a moist towelette.â
youtube
So in my mind, I feel Blaine and Finn would be big Monty Python fans - would have totally bonded over this fandom and would have found a way to have Kurt re-enact this scene! ( See clip of original above) đ
And if you haven't yet seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail, go see it. Some really hilarious bits in there!

My #1 post of 2022
Here's a new prompt from @gleedrabbleblog
I'm still in a holiday mood, so here's a bit of holiday fluff using a prompt from @gleedrabbleblog
Prompt - Player
You can see all my other drabbles here.
************
âExcuse me, may I have this dance?â
Kurt looked up to see a hand outstretched toward him. âYes . . .Yes, you may,â he whispered.
Blaine pulled his husband up from the floor where he was sorting through Christmas decorations.
The record player they dug out from the basement crackled as music quietly played throughout the house.
Kurt melted into his husbandâs embrace as they slowly swayed back and forth to the music in the glow of the Christmas tree lights.
Blaine softly sang into Kurtâs ear: âI really canât stay . .â
âBut baby, itâs cold outside . .â

Best Tech Internships for CSE Students in India

If youâre pursuing computer science engineering (CSE) in India, youâre in for an exciting time. One of the best ways to get your career rolling is through tech internships. They give you a chance to step into the real world, learn from experts, and build a strong resume. Letâs walk through some great options and how they can help you grow, with a nod to whatâs available near places like NMIET College of engineering in Bhubaneswar.
Why Internships Matter for CSE Students
Internships are a fantastic way to turn classroom knowledge into practical skills. They let you work on real projects, understand team dynamics, and figure out what you enjoy. According to a 2023 report from Internshala, over 800 CSE internships are available across India, with many offering paid roles. Companies value this experienceâdata from Indeed shows that students with internships are 20% more likely to land jobs right after college. Itâs a smart move to start early, especially in your second or third year.
For CSE students, these opportunities can cover areas like software development, data analysis, or cybersecurity. Youâll pick up skills that employers notice, and itâs a great way to test the waters before committing to a career path.
Top Tech Internships to Explore
Letâs look at some solid internship options. Big names like Google and Microsoft offer programs for students. Googleâs STEP Intern 2022, for instance, runs for a summer and includes coding projects with mentorship from their engineers. You need to be in your second year of a CSE-related degree and know a programming language like Java or Python. Applications are online, and itâs a paid gigâperfect for gaining hands-on experience.
Microsoft has the Explore Program, a 12-week summer internship for second-year students. It rotates through roles like software design or testing, giving you a broad view of tech work. Companies like Amazon and TCS also have openings, often focusing on cloud computing or app development. Internshala lists over 500 such roles, with stipends ranging from âš5,000 to âš20,000 monthly, depending on the company.
Smaller firms and startups are worth checking too. Places like InternshipWala offer online internships in Python, Java, or digital marketing, lasting 4-6 weeks. Theyâre flexible and great for building a portfolio. A 2024 Glassdoor report notes that startups often hire interns for full-time roles, with salaries starting at âš5-8 lakhs per year.
How to Get Started
Getting an internship takes a bit of effort, but itâs doable. Start by brushing up on basicsâcoding in C++ or Python, and understanding databases. Many companies, like those listed on Justdial for Bhubaneswar, look for problem-solving skills and teamwork. Check eligibilityâmost want you in your first or second year with a decent academic record.
Apply through platforms like Internshala or LinkedIn, where you can filter by location or stipend. For example, Delhi has over 500 CSE internships, but Bhubaneswar is growing too. I recall NMIET in Bhubaneswar offering students chances to connect with firms like Cognizant or IBM through their placement drives. Itâs a place with good facilities and industry ties, ranked #248 by Collegedunia for 2025, which shows its credibility.
Prepare a simple resume highlighting any projects or coursework. Practice for interviewsâsome, like Googleâs, include coding tests. A 2023 Naukri.com insight suggests applying to 10-15 internships to increase your chances.
Opportunities Near College of Engineering Bhubaneswar
If youâre studying at the college of engineering in Bhubaneswar, youâre in a good spot. Bhubaneswar is becoming a tech hub, with companies like Infosys and Tech Mahindra setting up offices. Local internships are popping up, often listed on Justdial or Internshala, focusing on web development or data science. Stipends might start at âš3,000-âš10,000, but the experience is priceless.
Look for college events or alumni networksâmany arrange internship fairs. Iâve heard students from nearby institutes benefit from hands-on training, which helps when applying to bigger firms. Placement records show over 400 companies visited NMIET recently, offering 3,500+ roles, per their 2024 stats. Thatâs a sign of whatâs possible with the right preparation.
Tips for Success
Timing is keyâapply during college breaks or your third year for the best shot. Network with seniors or professors; they often know about unadvertised roles. Keep learningâsites like Sanfoundry offer free technical writing internships that build skills while you study.
Donât worry if you donât land one right away. Keep applying and refining your approach. A 2022 study from India Science & Technology noted that persistence pays off, with many students securing roles after their second attempt. Focus on growth, not perfection.
Your Next Step
Ready to give it a try? Start by exploring Internshala or LinkedIn today. Check with your college career office for local leads. Whether itâs a big company or a startup, each internship builds your future. What do you thinkâfeel like taking the plunge? Iâm here to help if you need guidance!

2021 Reflection + 2022 Goals
While I started this blog in 2021 (or was it 2020?) I haven't been active on it, nor have I made much progress in my level up journey.
Still, in this post I'd like to reflect on the steps I did make, and what I'm planning for this new year.
Starting with the outside:
Hair
More expensive products ARE worth it and yes, that includes shampoos
Conditioner is key, lots and lots of it
Also, leaving in a nice 100% natural oil for a few hours (or overnight) before washing will really help with shine and softness
Protective hairstyles for sleeping help, but are not quite enough for me. I'll be trying silk bonnets and pillowcases this year to see if that helps more.
Skin
Consistency is the most important element in your skincare regime
The Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc serum might be the second most important
A nice, gentle cleanser is also essential. CeraVe hydrating one is my personal favorite at the moment.
Top this all off with a nice moisturizer and an occasional BHA or AHA mask, and you are all set up for great skin.
Body
Naturally, I have a pretty good shape. I learned to appreciate it more.
Body hair removal is still driving me crazy. I learned to accept not being perfectly hairless a bit more as well.
Neutral colours are great. Light, muted colours look best on me.
Style
Clothes should always fit your body NOW. Also, buy it only if you think it makes you look great, not if the garment itself looks great.
Finding your personal style is hard. Pinterest can help. Money is always an obstacle tho.
I really need something to iron my clothes.
Study
I cannot study in my room, and it's difficult to study around people I know. Hence the library would be best.
I can study well and long, and I do enjoy studying while I'm at it. Getting myself to start is the hardest part.
It always takes more time than I think. Always.
I still have no idea what I want to study, and what I find interesting.
Work
Sales roles are not for me. Nor roles where I have to communicate a lot.
Finding internships is really hard. More self-initiative could help.
Other
Just because you want something, it doesn't mean it's necessarily good for you to get it. Learning to let go and set boundaries would help.
I don't know myself as well as I always assumed. A lot more introspection is needed.
My insecurity in regards to the way I look, made me really bitter and jealous this year, especially towards pretty women. I am all for supporting and raising other women up, so this is something that I really need to work on .
Better time management. I need this.
Also, learning to budget. Starting to invest. Learning about taxes, money, finance and economics is a must.
Relationships are really hard. Being vulnerable is very exposing. Confort kills.
Now, that said, I want to work on my 2022 goals. Normally, I focus on setting a few, more general goals. I find that this makes it hard to track progress and determine if I succeeded or not. Therefore this year I want to set a lot of smaller goals, bucket list style.
My 2022 Goals:
Visit Budapest
Visit Vienna
Get into a nice Master programme
Re-learn to wake up early. 7 the latest
Work out at least 4 times a week
Take the economics course on MasterClass
Finish Behave (the book) and the YT lectures
Make a portrait
Read a book in French
Read a poetry book
Read Richard II
Have an internship
Save at least 300 euros (25 euros a month) and set up a savings account
Take an investment course
Learn about taxes in Europe (in the countries I'm considering to live in)
Finish the Google online course
Refresh and advance my Python course
Become good with R studio
Write 5 poetries
Eat healthier and plan my meals
Figure out a way to have my hair always look on point
Go to a theater play

Start and finish a project
Get a magazine/newspaper membership
Improve my public speaking
Improve my posture
Learn more about etiquette
Learn to cook a fancy meal (4-course: starters, first course, second course, dessert)
Get one elegant, durable and high quality bag.
Keep my shoes clean and nice looking.
Fix my coats.
Learn more about contemporary art and artists, and interior design.

My Triannual Goals: September-December 2021
Hey all! Sunny D is back once again; Iâve spent this whole time moving! Iâm finally settled into a new place, and Iâd love to start off this new chapter by setting some goals for myself. Hereâs the link to my last post on triannual goals, so weâre here to review and renew!
Last Periodâs Review
Complete the entirely of the âKorean for Beginnersâ textbook PDF. - Fail. I didnât do this, but I did make some nice progress! Iâll be coming back at this one with a stronger study plan and schedule.
Land 540 spinning kick. - Success-ish. I didnât completely get it, however Iâve been able to get the kick out more consistently. Itâs a halfway success because while I can technically land the kick, the execution isnât where I want it to be.
Test for my 2nd Dan Level 6 in Taekwondo. - Success! I did this! It was awesome!
Post and release a project for the TTWF server, and start planning the second one. - Success! We released the first edition of our zine! Keep an eye out for the submission process of the second, coming soon.
Code an operational bot for Discord. - Fail. I think this was a bit of a hyperfixation and me getting in way over my head. However, I learned the basics of Python!
Complete the development of two planets in Journey to Valeria. - Fail. This was something Iâm kind of disappointed about, because the project still means a lot to me. I have some reworking to do.
Finish the readthrough and note-taking stage of The Murder of Elijah Patel. - Success! This actually went a lot faster than I was expecting it to, and Iâve made good headway already on the second draft!
Write 50 sections of Kaleidoscope. - Fail. Kaleidoscope found itself on the back-burner, which Iâm definitely disappointed with. This is something I will also have to change.
Finish the first draft of The Immunity. - Fail. However, I did start releasing it on my Wattpad!
Move into a new house! - Success! Iâm writing this post from within my new room!
Start releasing content on my Patreon. - Success-ish. Patreon ended up not quite being my thing. I released content there for a bit, but I ended up unpublishing my page for a few different reasons. Keep an eye out for announcements regarding that!
And two marketing goals. Sadly, I didnât reach either of them.
This period is really forcing me to take the good with the bad. Some of these fails, Iâm really disappointed in... others, not so much. Iâm trying to take these into account as I set and start to work towards my goals for the next period!
Start releasing YouTube videos on a weekly basis again.
Create developed worlds on WorldAnvil to share.
Release the Halloween edition of Tripping the Zine Fantastic.
Complete the first draft of The Immunity.
Complete the second draft of The Murder of Elijah Patel.
Write at least 30 sections of Kaleidoscope.
Lay out a full development plan for Journey to Valeria.
Win NaNoWriMo with a first draft of a revisited old concept.
Have at least 18 short stories prepared for the release of a new anthology.
Land 540 spinning kick at chest height.
Test for my 3rd Dan black belt.
Achieve a 4.0 GPA and land on the deanâs list for the Fall 2021 semester.
Complete the âKorean for Beginnersâ PDF textbook and practice at least 3 times a week.
Finish the second section of Norwegian on Duolingo.
Read 4 books.
Work out for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week.
Release the Ultimate Writing Tracker for 2022. (Youâll see!)
And 4 marketing goals that Iâm choosing to keep private!
The last month of this period made it difficult for me to stay on top of things, and thatâs something Iâm really looking to change. A new place means I have readjusting to do, but Iâd like to make it positive and push myself to some new heights here.
Does anyone else have any goals for the end of this year? Tell me all about them!!
#writeblr#triannual goals#this time i'm trying out todoist with my things#and i'm hoping it goes well!!#i already really like the layout#so we'll see how it goes

nine Finest Gear Acquiring Out Programs To Learn On the web In 2022

I had a truly great experience from this platform as they educated me well. I finished my courses with this institute where they offered extremely good training and also excellent assistance also. Further, the course instructors were really well-informed that clarified all the subjects with terrific excitement. My choice to learn from Intellipaat was the very best to update my profession. I lately finished the course and also experienced top quality teaching used by Intellipaat. This ML online program was up-to-date, as well as the trainer educated all the ideas in fantastic detail.
With Flexi-pass, Simplilearn gives you access to all courses for 90 days to ensure that you have the adaptability to pick sessions as per your convenience. Simplilearn offers Integrated labs for all the hands-on implementation of Artificial intelligence tasks. The learners will certainly be assisted on all aspects, from releasing tools to carrying out hands-on exercises.
Information Scientific Research With Python Program.
I began producing my very own information scientific research master's program utilizing online sources. I recognized that I can find out whatever I needed through edX, Coursera, and Udacity instead. As well as I could discover it quicker, extra efficiently, as well as for a portion of the price. The teacher is an outstanding person and as cofounder of Coursera cares deeply concerning education. Yes, you will have to do some programming, yet the instructor thinks no previous knowledge and all the details you need is offered online.
Begin with Linear Algebra and Multivariate Calculus before moving on to more complex ideas.
You gain the certification by adhering to the program's attendance plan as well as effectively finishing all required courses.
Intellipaat's Artificial intelligence program also outfits you to utilize Python shows language, which is a core to draw predictions from data.
By tapping the minds of the top thinkers, doers and leaders in the area, we offer a transformational discovering experience.
Far more notably, the course is not comparable to Andrew's real ML course at Stanford. Throughout the program, he keeps telling trainees not to stress over the mathematics, as well as spoon feeding formulas to us. Even worse still, I was able to get a 150% (i.e. massive additional credit score) on the initial project without in fact recognizing what was going on. The programs tasks were mainly done for us, with simply a line or more that required to be filled out. If I could alter just one thing regarding the course, it would be to greatly enhance the amount of homework.
Perhaps one of the most popular information scientific research techniques originate from machine learning. What distinguishes machine learning from various other computer guided choice procedures is that it develops prediction formulas making use of data. Some of one of the most prominent products that make use of machine learning include the handwriting viewers executed by the post office, speech acknowledgment, film recommendation systems, and spam detectors.
The Very Best Maker Discovering Bootcamps
Information scientific research is ending up being progressively prevalent in our lives, as well as it will continue to grow as an essential field in the coming years. The most effective advice we can provide is to not get as well captured up in the tiny information. We aim to offer all the details & prices as properly as feasible, yet we can not ensure that the information is always up to day. Needless to say, one of the main reasons for choosing edX is that you can be sure to obtain the highest-quality education.
What is the quickest certification to get?
Here's a list of 7 quick certifications that pay well: 1. Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Training time: 11 weeks.
2. Professional Coder. Training time: 20 weeks.
3. Pharmacy Technician Professional.
4. Medical Assistant.
5. Medical Front Office Administration Specialist.
6. Behavioral Technician Specialist.
7. Patient Care Technician (PCT)
You already have know-how in the area of machine learning, and also you're looking to step it up a notch by increasing on your current expertise. This program focuses on the integration of the Bayesian machine learning method right into typical A/B testing, permitting your programs to make even more sense out of two information collections. Loaded with basic explanations as well as further analyses on exactly how these can affect marketing strategies, this program gets to the bottom of how possibility variables into artificial intelligence. For software application designers seeking to incorporate artificial intelligence with marketing, this is a training course that's best for the job. Furthermore, this program is a good suit for any kind of Python developers aiming to improve their contrast formulas.
Firms That Look For Artificial Intelligence & Deep Discovering Experts
Course Central's homepage.Since 2011, Course Central creator Dhawal Shah has actually kept a more detailed eye on online training courses than perhaps any person else in the world. I was entirely brand-new to ML but never ever really felt shed while taking this training course. Andrew Ng can be thought about as the godfather of machine learning education.

13 Most In-Demand Tech Jobs in 2020
The global tech industry is growing at an unprecedented rate, and itâs no surprise.
As we become more connected, and increasingly, more automated, the need for more tech jobs is becoming evident. According to the Bureau of Statistics, tech are estimated to grow by 22% through 2020 in the United States alone. Globally, this number is expected to be at least double.
As we close in on this year, weâve compiled a list of the most in-demand and high growth tech jobs that we can expect to see next year:
Tech Jobs in Cloud Computing
As businesses continue to adopt more SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models, the need for cloud computing has erupted. Mainly because the cloud enables companies to transform into a truly digital organization, cloud services are projected to become a $300 billion business by 2021.
As the cloud begins to dominate the business landscape, employers are also continuing to show interest in positions relating to cloud computing. Following are some of the highest growth tech jobs in cloud computing jobs:
AWS Specialists: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the current leader in cloud computing. It features a content delivery system, database storage, networking, and other services that allow companies to store everything on cloud in one place (instead of physical servers). With companies such as Netflix, Unilever, and Samsung using AWS, itâs understandable that many more are following suit, creating a demand for AWS specialists.
Software Engineer: Perhaps, one of the most sought after jobs in the next few years will be that of a software engineer â the people who build, design, develop and maintain code (or software). Software engineers should understand how to work with several common computer languages, including Visual Basic, Python, Java, C, and C++.
Software Architect: With the growth of software engineers, weâll need more software architects. While software engineers are knowledgeable in the software development process, they typically need input from IT leaders regarding software requirements and what business goals they need to achieve.
Cloud Engineer: With so many companies opting to store their data on the cloud, the need for cloud engineers are becoming more dominant. Whether a business is storing all of their data in the cloud or opting for a hybrid cloud combo, they need skilled data engineers to build, maintain, and link to cloud systems.
DevOps: DevOps engineers are currently in high demand, with no signs of slowing down. Mainly responsible for overseeing code releases, DevOps work with software developers and system operators to bring the agile focus on communication and collaboration, in the post-code software process.
Full-stack Developer: Many companies are now moving away from hiring both front-end and back-end developer s. Instead, they are opting to hire only full-stack developers that can take care of both client and server-side applications. As new programming languages hit the market, itâs becoming easier to code and manage frameworks, hence giving rise to the demand of full-stack developers.
Tech Jobs in Big Data/Analytics
Organizations today have more data than ever before. Itâs estimated that 5 quintillion bytes of data are produced every day. But converting knowledge that stems from data, and converting it into actionable items is easier said than done.
By the end of next year, itâs estimated that IoT will comprise of more than 30 billion connected devices, and revenue generated from big data will be approximately $274.3 billion in 2022. Yet, a Harvard Business Review found that less than half of structured data is used in informed decision making.
While data collection is growing exponentially, very few companies are actually using it to full potential. One of the main reasons for this is a shortage of skilled professionals who know and understand how to categorize and interpret data.
Here are some jobs in the big data and analytics sector that will see some traction:
Data Engineer: With a projected growth of 56% over the next two years, data engineers require a unique set of skills and must display an aptitude for dealing with complex problems on a code level. Itâs essential that data engineers familiarize themselves with a variety of different database types, as well as regression and statistical techniques.
Data Analyst: Their primary role is to translate numbers into chunks of information that provides valuable information. Whether its sales figures, market research, or business-related costs, data analysts take any given data and convert it into statistics that are easy to digest and understand.
Data Scientist: A data scientist focuses on analytics and on finding insights from a data set that was prepared for them by data engineers. Itâs important that data scientists have advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistical analysis. While the requirements are tough, the pay is quite impressive, averaging about $139,000 annually.
Tech Jobs in Artificial Intelligence
Eruption in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies across the globe has risen the demand for professionals in the sector. In order to better optimize business practices and automate day-to-day functions, companies are investing in AI and machine learning professionals.
Here are some jobs in the AI sector that will see increased demand in the upcoming year:
Database administrators: This job will see a growth in demand as more companies offer software that includes AI, and the potential to put together AI-powered models. Companies will need databases that are adequately maintained for these products to work efficiently, and skilled professionals who can manage such databases.
Machine learning engineer: Machine learning engineers are seasoned programmers who develop AI machines and systems that can acquire and apply information. These professionals deliver advanced programming, working with complex datasets and algorithms to train these systems.
IT jobs in Cybersecurity
Lately, cybersecurity has garnered a lot of attention. With numerous data leaks this past year, the most notable case being Facebook, more and more companies are investing in protecting their infrastructure.
Here are future jobs in the cybersecurity sector that will be high in-demand in the upcoming year(s):
Cybersecurity specialist: A cybersecurity specialist is âin charge of the electronic security of an organizationâ. This could include re-certifying or updating the security of applications and servers, troubleshooting country-wide security threats, testing, as well as regular updates for virus protection.
Security Analyst: Cybersecurity professionals are already in great demand, and that will continue into the future, as attacks grow more sophisticated and technologies to fight them advance. The role will likely evolve to include more data skills and AI skills.

Hard Skills To Impress Employers doing course with internship
In any career-readiness course, resume workshop, or everyday professional conversation, you have probably heard the comparison between âhardâ and âsoftâ skills. Each industry and employer desires different skills & experience in an ideal applicant, which are âhardâ and âsoftâ skills.Â
So first off, what exactly do these terms mean? A hard skill is considered as a skill one can learn and develop through education and online internship program, like learning, coding, or writing to become an expert. While soft skills are better characterised as personality traits and relate more to social and emotional intelligence.
Well, every industry demands different soft and hard skills. This article will focus on the top 5 hard skills to impress employers in 2022.Â
5 Hard Skills To Impress Employers
In 2023, any hard skill you can think of can be learned by anyone, especially with the help of the internet. Want to learn how to code in Python or how to speak Arabic? But I believe you will get a brief idea of the domain with the help of work from home internship or course. A key factor in learning hard skills is motivation and dedication to continue learning, even if frustration occurs.Â
Language
Language skills are exceptional because they can help you in almost any domain. From actual career application to everyday usefulness, learning another language can be a fun and difficult way to enhance communication. Some career positions, such as international relations, education, sales, and international business, often need the dual-language ability for entry-level positions.Â
Moreover, if you want to improve your communication skills, enroll for a soft skill online internship from ULead.Â
Writing
Writing is a critical job skill that spans most fields. It does not need to mean you have to become a writer. Instead, you should have the basics with simple skills of composing a professional email, ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and confidence in your writing.Â
For many people, writing is not god gifted as it does to others which is why it is regarded as a hard skill. With practice, you can improve your writing for emails, a financial report or a sales recap, editing an engineering manual, or brush up on your resume/CV!Â
Also, with the help of the internet, many computer programs can help you develop your writing skills. You can also take an online internship in content writing if you want to excel in this career.Â
Graphic Design
Have you ever been on a job project where you needed to create an eye-catching PDF flyer, website page, email template, or edit a photo? Basic graphic design skills can prove helpful in various domains if you know Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, and others! Many free online certification courses can help with learning these programs and how to design your own projects!
Graphic design is a craft where basic knowledge can go a long way in business. You will only be able to challenge yourself if you are not working in the industry. However, as with any hard skill, the degree you need to master graphic design will depend on your field, job, and personal desire!Â
Blockchain
Understanding Blockchain is a new field with the rise of cryptocurrency in the last decade. It involves industries like finance, banking, and investment fields. Therefore, while some may consider it a niche skill and not feel a need to learn it, Blockchain skills are in demand at the current time. Get your hands on the online courses with certification from Unschool to discover the domain.Â
Sales
Sales is an exciting area as it could be classified as a hard and a soft skill. To be an influential salesperson, whether in a retail store, car dealership, pharmaceutical company, or elsewhere, you must employ an effective arsenal of hard and soft skills.Â
Firstly, sales representatives have the often challenging task of persuading someone to purchase their product or services. In terms of soft skills, they often showcase amazing persuasion, charisma, and empathy.Â
You can excel in this domain with an internship. ULead offers a paid online internship program to students for upskilling. Empower students to become industry-ready through courses and internships. Apply now!!.
