I have not forgotten the adorable mouse that won the poll for what I should sew next but my job decided the day before we switch to a new software to entirely change how paperwork is processed in the new software. I am the one who has to train everyone in the change. I do not know how to process the paperwork the new way and can't learn because the IT guy did not give me the permissions in the system to access the buttons needed so I just can't see the entire interface at all. I do not have the mental spoons for pattern designing at the moment so I might just sew a baby blanket or something instead

I just got another job and it pays more and is right by our new house😝
#I met the manager yesterday just like by chance and he asked how much HomeGoods is paying me#and said he’ll give me an extra $2 an hour#and I can literally walk there .#just had a formal interview and he put me into the system right away#and I go in again on Monday to finish the process and set up my direct deposit and everything#then I start training Tuesday

#I haven't gotten a schedule. but im apparently in the system#the manager told me yesterday i could come in then or today or tomorrow to do my computer training#and i said i would come today#but then he said the internet was down#so i asked him earlier if its back up. he said no#he said i could go to another store to do it if i want#the thing is. i need to work#im about to be gone for 4 days this weekend#and i would like to transfer from this store anyway. so i feel like i should be open to doing my computer work at a different store#bc i dont even want to be at this store in the first place. and im supposed to be asking about transferring at some point#but the only other store i know people at is the other one i trained at#and i dont have their numbers to let them know im coming#and im ANXIOUS#ig i could just walk into any store and say hey i need to log in and do my computer work. but i dont want to#i could wait and see if the internet is back up tomorrow#or monday#but i only have til Tuesday to work until im on a short vacation#i want to be cooperative but im really anxious about just going to a different store#idk what to do im so stressed
