Stage name that is his real one is Charlie

He was stuck in design hell for over 2 years ever since I found out about nsr. Now he is finaly free :D

Anyway he's a cyborg. Not from Vinyl City but one of the other bigger cities

I'm not sure what kind of backstory I want him to go with but as of now I envision him as a freshly elected chartet that got instantly thrown into deep waters

Obviously he plays the electric guitar
