Like many of the residents in Hopebury this summer , Udele goes fishing in hopes of catching something for supper.

Being farmers makes food easier to get, but she loves taste of salty fish soup (yuck) and is determined to catch as many fishes as possible!

But on some mornings , Udele would wake up , do her shores and head to the coast.

Her trips varied from time to time - sometimes she would fish , just sit on the rocky soil, or talk to someone to a boy she has grown to care for. Deeply.

Andwise was older, from a lower class and perhaps pricklier then a rose bush - but Udele could see that he was very lonely. In a small settlement like this , rumors spread like wildfire on weeds, and all knew of the Strongwood brothers animosity towards each other.

With the news of a new baby brother or sister coming soon , Florina felt little lonely.

So she went to the next door neighbor - The Bramblethorn family- In hope to forge some friendships!

Although the Bramblethorns were a station above her , Udele and Zedric made excellent playmates!

Udele valued family and friends above else , and if Andwise family didn't value him , then she would.

And Andwise did the same , although the feelings of love and affection took longer for him to bloom, it's truer than most...

And only time would tell if it continue to bloom and grow...

The Bramblethorn family is our last yeoman household consisting of 5 sims crop farmers.

Knox Bramblethorn is the patriarch of the Bramblethorn clan and saw the opportunity in Hopebury to flourish after the magma fever pandemic, although he has the heart of a child still.

His wife Solaine is well known in Hopebury - as she is the local midwife. With her soft sternness and particulate way , she has delivered 3 babies safely this summer in total- Ameline , Bardolph and Celendine.

Together they have 3 children, their oldest and only daughter being Udele. Just like her papa , Udele is ambitious in her goals, but above else loves her family.

Then we have Zedric , the heir of of the household. He will one day continue his father work on the farm , but unlike his father and sister isn't too concerned about the future. He very humble young man.

The final of the Bramblethorn brood is Ywain - a brave little tot once he put his mind into it.

As they were next door neighboors , the Rosenward and the Brambelthorns have formed a friendly relationship with one and other - As Knox decided to bring Udele and Zedric to the Rosenward hut to play with Florina.

Although many in Hopebury think Udele and Zedric are twins because how close they are , Udele is actually older and is close to aging up into a teenager!

Udele loves being a big sister , and spends so much time teaching little Ywain some of the skills when their parents are busy.

The Bramblethorn family: Yeoman farmers 🥕

The Bramblethorn family is a large one , so large in fact that there were 16 different households all with the last name of Bramblethorn. Knox being the youngest male in the Bramblethorn brood of his generation had little land and no prospects to fully support his family as humble farmers , he jumped on the chance of owning a bigger piece of land in Hopebury.
