Moreover, vitamin D level was negatively associated with peak serum cardiac troponin T level during vaccine-related myocarditis. Genotypically, the GC (vitamin D binding protein) rs4588T allele which encoded the GC2 isoform of vitamin D binding protein was a risk allele, whereas the GC1S isoform was protective. Mechanistically, hypovitaminosis D was associated with higher levels of cytokines pivotal for natural killer (NK) cells (particularly interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-12, Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), and IL-8) and higher percentage of CD69+ NK cells in blood, which in turn correlated with chest pain presentation. Conclusion: These data support the hypothesis that vitamin D plays a crucial role in mitigating mRNA vaccine-related myocarditis by modulating proinflammatory cytokine milieu and subsequent unfavorable NK cell activation, laying a groundwork for preventive and treatment strategies.

In this task we have been asked to see what is trending, in regards to jobs in the animation industry. What might help is to find out what content using animation is trending the most too. It seems that video game cutscenes and content is the most popular. As it branches out to a far greater audience than other forms of media. 

I will be using twitter to find out the information on the jobs available as social media is one, if not the greatest way to find out what is trending in the world. 

From what I have seen not many of these vacancy notifications tend to out right say “animation in game development”, they tend to only say the part of the development that they want done.

In a way this is better as just with animation for films and TV there are far more jobs involved than just a game designer.

To give more variety, instead of having one twitter account for each company, there are a few that have multiple company links. 

And some jobs are useful not just with animation, but with film and television. This last example is definately one of them.

The creative media industry can be broken down into several sections: animation, gaming, film, advertising, textiles, photography, TV and radio. Trends means what popular, what’s in right now. Well focusing on interactive media industry - the animation/gaming/filming/TV and VFX over the past few years I have noticed recent trends becoming popular.

Animation - 3D animation is in right now, you look at recent films that have 3D animation: Frozen, Wreck It Ralph, Despicable Me 2 LEGO movie and now Big Hero 6. 3D films to be released this year include: Minions, Hotel Transylvania 2 and Inside Out. 3D Animation is becoming popular in the gaming industry, it is being used in games such as GTA, Alice Madness Returns, Saints Row, Ratchet and Clank, Final Fantasy, LEGO games etc. Also kids TV, the majority of programmes are 3D animated as you can see in this 2015 advert: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-JvzAg1LUs

VFX is also used in TV in programmes such as Atlantis, Game of Thrones, Olympus, Doctor Who.

How my prospects of working in the industry can be affected by trends.

 I want to go into the animation industry, mainly 3D with the occasional 2D, I want my animation career to cross with film and gaming, if I acquire skills in VFX I would like to use that in my animations. This can be affected by trends as 3D could loose popularity compared to 4D. However at the moment the 3D animation trend would be an advantage as my work would be more likely get recognition however this trend might encourage other animators to take up a career in 3D animation which would mean more competition for work.
