Talking about life doesn’t mean I want to become a philosopher or anything (laugh).

What I’m here to talk about is the outdoors.

And of course, my life along with it.

Maybe I’ll even throw in a few risky stories… who knows (laugh).

So, let’s talk about gear.

Whenever we do something, we all think about the tools we need, right?

YouTube and other websites are overflowing with shiny, “amazing” new gear.

And sure, modern gear is incredibly well-made these days. It’s affordable too.

But the gear I use? Most of it is about 10 to 20 years old (laugh, laugh).

Even so, it still works perfectly fine.

In the end, it all comes down to how you use it.

Of course, I’ll buy new gear if I really need to.

But using old gear to its absolute limit—that’s my style.
