Yeah, Thanks. I felt like we dropped so far back I was definitely in no man's land. As you alluded to we tried to do what we could and after the race Pierre apologised, he goes look I was telling you a lot of things I was just trying to help, and I said no no it was good you were helping. We were all just scratching our heads why we had so much graining, we expected some graining but losing 2-3 seconds a lap was not what we expected. I guess everyone was trying to chime and help us clear it and it was so weird because we dropped so much and then all of a sudden it started to clear and I think my lap time swing was 4 seconds or something. It was crazy from when it was really bad to then when it cleared, I never would have expected it came back the way it did. Then there were a handful of laps where I felt like I was doing everything I could to get the time out of it. I was using as much of the track as I could, I felt like I was pretty much brushing as many wall I could to try and eek every bit out of it I could, but it was just so tricky to know what the tyre was going to do and one lap to the next it was definitely tricky. And then there was a safety car at the end, but we were way out of the race by that point. Yeah look it's hard. I think what was honestly most frustrating now today, was Yuki had the damage and he couldn't race. I'm really curious to know how his race would have gone, and maybe he had no graining maybe he had the same. I'm not even saying as a comparison driver to driver, but just from a team point of view to know. For now all we know is I had a lot of graining so we can assume it would've been the same on Yuki's car but we don’t know and from that point of view we're restricted on learning and moving forward from that because we don't have the other reference being Yuki.

With your Azerbaijan travel visa in hand, you can explore not only the country's scenic beauty and historical landmarks but also indulge in the warm, aromatic world of Azerbaijani tea culture.
The Importance of Tea in Azerbaijani Life
Tea is central to Azerbaijani hospitality and is often the first thing served to guests—sometimes even before water. It is typically brewed strong and served in pear-shaped glasses called armudu, often accompanied by sweets like jam, dried fruits, or traditional pastries.
Offering tea is a customary gesture of warmth and welcome. It’s not just a beverage; it plays an important social role in family gatherings, business meetings, and romantic settings. This makes tea drinking one of the most authentic cultural experiences to enjoy while exploring Azerbaijan with a valid Azerbaijan travel visa.
Traditional Customs and Etiquette Around Tea
The Azerbaijani tea ceremony is steeped in centuries-old customs. Tea is always brewed in a teapot with loose black tea leaves and sometimes flavored with herbs like thyme, mint, or rose petals. Unlike in many cultures, sugar is not stirred into the tea but placed in the mouth and sipped through.
One of the unique customs involves serving tea before making important decisions. For example, marriage proposals or business deals are often accompanied by a round of tea, symbolizing mutual understanding and goodwill. Booking your Azerbaijan holiday packages gives you the chance to witness or even take part in such beautiful traditions firsthand.
