Mission accomplished, it was time to rest. The Digicode now dissipating Fairymon's form, revealing a golden-haired girl, who giggled and clapped her hands.

" Commozione!! And I didn't even need to make all the mess the boys make! With a bit of strategy and care, any villain can be defeated without destroying the village they're attacking. "

With the bonds between the Digital World and the Real World straightened, new issues begin to rise, and with them, new solutions. One of them was Takumi Aiba, known as the Cyber Sleuth, a Chosen Child who used his D-3 to hop around both worlds and solve digimon-related cases. But, as skilled as Takumi may be, he still had trouble landing after going through a Digital Gate. That's when he met the Computer Club President Miyako. It was love at first sight: he was cute, he was sweet, he was good-looking, he was smart, he fell from her computer right into her arms. Takumi wasn't good at talking, but Miyako and his digimon partner Terriermon more than made up for it. Unfortunately the detective, despite being loving, was far too busy with his duties. There simply wasn't enough time for his (very) needy girlfriend. The one who ended the relationship was Miyako. She wanted the 1st place in her his heart, which was the one thing the Cyber Sleuth couldn't give her.

It had been a long time since Miyako got lost in Piedmon’s maze of a castle. Or at least that’s how she felt. What started as a raid mission to the evil digimon’s place, ended up with Hawkmon being captured and she running around searching for him.

If at first she’d be cautious at any suspicious sound and digimon coming to her, now Miyako just wanted to see someone - anyone - to prove that she wasn’t alone in that dark place.

It was then that she heard the sound of voices talking and, upon her query, a shadowy Gatomon appeared in front of her.

- Uhhh, I... - she blinked. The way the digimon was smiling somehow remembered her of a Cheshire Cat. - Wait, are you trapped here too? Does that mean we’re at Piedmon’s dungeons? Have you seen any Hawkmon around, by any chance?
