Though I bashed this series hard, I’d still like to commend it for showing what young love means— fickle and idealistic.

I’d say fickle because of Min ho and Kitty. Min ho is obviously flighty for liking girls and for having overlapping relationships. Kitty for liking Dae, then Yuri, then at the end of the season, she showed a glimpse of reciprocation of feelings for Min Ho.

Idealistic, because of Kitty going to Dae. Imagine crossing the world for someone you like while you are in high school. Impossible. Then, we have Yuri and Juliana’s you and me against the world type of love. Lastly, Dae for doing anything to get back with Kitty. (That I no longer recall because it has been a while since I watched this.) This series shows the meaning of young love. That it is about grand gestures. It is about big emotions, so vivid, and it feels like it could swallow you. It is about the feeling of being the center of everything.

thinking abt all the important hats in my life. i love u green and purple bucket hat i wore all the time as a child and chewed the fuck out the keeping-it-on-ur-head strings, stolen dad beanies (multiple), random ass baseball hats (numerous), the hat with the little pocket on the side i kept a manual for growing sea monkies in, newsboy hat (also stolen from dad), the rainbow dr seuss hat i got at my friends bday party and wore to school at least twice, the cheap ass top hat i bought off ebay for an spg cosplay, pink cowboy hat id sometimes put goggles on top of a la ace, grey fedora i switched the accent ribbon on and matched with my hipster fake glasses, pink and black zebra sequin fedora, nepeta hat, kite hat, x_o bunny hat from spencers i loved but threw out bc my ex bf bought it for me and i was being dramatic, blue softball visor with my first team name i lost in sf when i stuck my head thru the top of a limo during a party and cried abt for an hour abt it, mike wazowski beanie, fancy pirate hat i wore to a renaissance fair, also ig flower crowns from the renn faire i begged my dad to buy and kept until they wilted to nothing, peter pan hat i wouldnt take off when i was like 5 bc i wanted to be peter pan so bad (i did stop wearing it bc a captain hook impersonator at fairyland scared the shit out of me lmao), wide brimmed fancy straw hat for the beach, wide brimmed fancy black hat i never got to wear, hat with a little x.o guy, kitty cat beanie, rainbow tie dye unicorn baseball hat i could never figure out what to wear with, work hats i kept bc of the memories, alien beanie i still wear all the time even when its hot.
