Back when zootopia was in full swing and the fanart was flowing I followed zistopia, a great AU by @nicolaswildes. Ended up making this poster for one of the story's bands in the style of an old Louis Armstrong poster.

I just read through the entirety of Savage Company, (an excellent -though still on-going- zootopia fan comic) and it has almost all of the things I figured zootopia 2 might have:

Wildehopps canon.

Judy being a lieutenant.

Nick being a sergeant.

A Predator Supremacist group as a counter-point to bellwether’s Prey Supremacist group.

Night howler-filled gas bombs, as an escalation from the original pellets.

Characters from the Zistopia concept.

Skye and Jack.

My first Zistopia!OC - Oliver Fierce!! He liives in Happy-town, suffers from kleptomania (he doesn't look like he's "suffering" though), is an police informant (knows Hector, who works as police offier). Snide and cheeky, you can often meet him in bars. A former pupil of the "Miss Clementine's Abandoned Kittens Shelter". Previously, he was a member of a gang that broke up after the arrest of the leader and most of the participants (he managed to avoid imprisonment).

What is zistopia?

it's a zootopia AU by @nicolaswildes that can be described as like. "what if zootopia followed the original script but also the characters can bleed and say fuck and talk about sex a lot and also is set in the 80s"

it explores the world of the original draft with the predators being forced to wear a shock collar and. doubles down on everything, there's a lot of blood a lot of violence and tackles really heavy subjects - of course there's the racism allegory, but they talk about a revolution, about predators losing children due to the collar, about the corruption of the politicians... ...but also it explores parts that weren't really looked at by the movie itself due obvious time constrictions, like with judy's family. the scenes in the borrow really help making them sound like a proper family, but also explain how even preys are heavily ostracized in a society like that

it's a very interesting comic that unfortunately was left unfinished due to the author's lack of time and interest for zootopia at the end, but they shared the script and the first sketches of the final chapters too to give the story a proper conclusion!!

🎲 hopefully this isnt too dark but that anon is now reminding me of Zistopia,, and the original plot where Nick wanted ro make a safe haven for predators and i just think Kokichi and DICE fit that so much, like Nick and Clawhouser were friends! Nick had a whole crew going on ready to make his plan work, but he kept getting rejected by banks to take a loan until he got into some shady business O(-( Kokichi,, as Nick in Zistopia,,x my AUs be wild

(WIP) As mentioned before, I got back into the AU comic Zistopia since I read it back in high school. Genuinely such a good comic. So I drew Nick and Judy based on how they're drawn in the comic by the artist @nicolaswildes
